Restaurant review, we should have grabbed a menu when we went in because we waited 10 minutes then finally got a menu then another 20 minutes before she took our order then I did not get my eggs and she never brought syrup. She needs to have her a system down. She was running around like a goose with her head chopped off needs to be able to multitask if she’s going to work that position in the poor cook even though she had not gotten some of the meals out yet she had to come out and help do coffee and clean off tables. That’s horrible.

First room was nasty trashy and had roaches and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time all they did was move us up stairs to a different room so check your room

I don't mind the rooms and the front desk, but the housekeeper who speaks Spanish is very rude. Me and my husband just moved here and he has been working while I stay. She has been throwing hissy fits because I have the do not disturb sign. My husband can speak Spanish at some level and he would hear her complain about not coming in the room. I had been a housekeeper myself for a few years before coming here and I never heard anyone whined as much as she did. She was going to get a tip before we left and after hearing what she had been saying. Yeah no. I have autism and I have better people skills. It's our right to refuse service we are the ones paying for the room.

Horrible place - air conditioner did not work, commode didn’t flush - had to remove the lid & manually lift the flap, security lock screws were stripped & it barely hung on the door, feet stuck to the carpet, staff unconcerned about

I called to ask if their pool was open because my son was asking to go to one, well besides the lady being very rude over the phone she lied that the pool was open. We got the room because she told us it was open but when we got there it was closed. The rooms were dirty the mini fridge wasn't cleaned there was old food in it. Definitely would not recommend this place, also they tell you breakfast is served it's definitely not, they serve coffee that's it.

I would advise anyone who is looking to stay at a hotel in Jasper TX not to stay here. The owners are very prejudice and rude. I've never done nothing wrong there but I'm not allowed on the property anymore because I date black guys and her husband doesn't like the way I dress. The lady is always rude to people the rooms are out dated. So do not waste your money on poor service.

This hotel is very outdated the rooms are hot wen u arrive and they make sure wen they clean ur room they turn off all the electric in your room the lights went out while we were staying here and the beds feel like

Would not advise anyone with children to stay there. They got rude about kids using towels. Poor communication. I spoke to the manager the day before and she failed to tell me she wasn't going to rent me a room anymore left it up to her associate to tell me after a reservation was already made and had to call and get a refund. She said my kids was left unattended, but at no point and time was my kids left by there self... Very rude

We won't be staying here anymore, the staff are very rude. The TV's are broke. They wasn't gonna rent us a room because the towels were dirty. Never staying again.

Unsanitary rooms. Bullet hole in the ceiling. Walls peeling apart. Brown stuff is running down the walls from the picture frame. Lamps stained from bugs living in the creases.

We will not be staying here again. Our room was dirty… the floor in the bathroom was filthy… the chairs in the room were ripped and worn… there was tape holding the carpet down at the doorway.. for what we paid for two nights it was way overpriced. I didn’t t mention anything during my stay because we were so busy with necessary family events. When we got there to check in the desk clerk was sleeping on the sofa in the lobby area… straight up with blankets and pillows. My Mother worked the night shift from 11 am to 7 am when it was Ramada Inn… she always dressed appropriately ( business casual) and was never “sleeping on the job”. This hotel has gone way down into the dumps.

Paid using apple pay cause I left my bank card at home the reception checked me in but lied and said the system was down so I had to write everything down no problem, then she said she needed a card on file once again No problem. I gave them my cash app card.THE ROOM WASN'T NICE BUT IT WAS SUITABLE CAUSE I HAD BEEN TRAVELING AND I WAS TIRED..THIS WHERE THE PROBLEMS CAME THE HOUSEKEEPER CAME AND SAID THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY PAYMENT I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I LEFT MY BANK CARD the payment was processed I PAID THROUGH PRICELINE when I they showed me how rude and inconsiderate they were I quickly paid with cash and a few minutes later they tried to charge my cash app card again I had to call Priceline to get the issued handled Priceline was quick and very effective I had to walk back to the front desk 2 more times just to get them to answer the phone cause they didn't want to answer They were very very RUDE AND DIDN'T WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY BUT THEY DID!!! Don't STAY HERE

No ice. No coffee. No functioning restrooms in lobby. Room took three hours to cool down. No shampoo/conditioner. It was a safe, dry place to stay, but that is all it was. Very disappointed, as have stayed in the past and had all the expected amenities.
