I’ve called multiple times and no answer this place has always been helpful but this year when I need answers I don’t get anything and I don’t know if the number listed here is wrong or what! I just want answers to my situation ?

As soon as I told them I was on SS they hung up on me. Then I called them back about 6 times for them to answer then activate a message to handle me. Very rude. This business is appalling by the way I was treated me , refusing to talk to me

The lady “Tina” that handled our taxs cut her phone off this business does not answer their phones an will not provide us with anything we ask for 10/10 do not recommend
