We bought a 20 foot ranger party barge/pontoon boat from Premier boating in Beaumont Texas in between the two stores in Jasper and Beaumont Texas. They have got our boat so screwed up that we've had two Fourth of July in a row that we were unable to use our 2022 pontoon boat, the service department do not talk to each other service department will tell us one thing and the other store service department would tell us a different thing. The boat has went back to White river and came back fixed. I highly do not ever buy a boat from Premier boating I've tried to be nice for a year, but I cannot get them to honor what they were going to do. They originally total the boat would do 30 mile an hour. We're lucky to see 22 after the Factory and been worked on at least 10 times we've had multiple electrical issues with the boat that leaves us stranded on the lake a favor stay away from the store

Very pleased with the service and treatment while dealing with the Premier team. They were very helpful and corporative during the process of buying my Ranger. Would recommend to anyone to have a look at them when looking for a new boat.

Cole and Mrs Terri were amazing. I traveled out of state to make this purchase and Cole sent me videos of the boat as well as staying in contact with me and answering any questions I had. Mrs Terri also stayed in touch with me through the whole finance process and let me know everything before I made the 4 hour drive. When I got there the boat was pulled up to the front and ready. If you are looking at buying from here ask for Cole he will treat you right and make you fill like family!!

Great place if you need a fuel pump made of gold....and spark plugs must be pure silver.....And, you have plenty of time to wait on your boat.

Very satisfied with the work done on my 2004 yamaha 115 it's just as if it's brand new. They really did a great job.was having trouble getting it to idle and had to choke it to get on plain.It runs like it's been stolen. Thanks for the great Job.

I deliver boats from the factory to dealers. This time, we picked up 3 boats going back to the factory for repairs. Great people there helped get them loaded, so we get down the road safely. Thank you all, Joe and Vickie

Great Service !Service Manager Haylie House has gone out of her way to take care of my boat and keep me updated during this process. Their mechanic spoke with me personally and explained things that needed to be done to repair my outboard motor. Very professional ! He definitely takes pride in his work!I am very thankful to see that this kind of great service is available. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends ?. Thank you all ?
