Scott is an idiot and does not listen to the customer. Repeatedly looks up parts for the wrong vehicle, then treats you like you're an idiot for telling him he's wrong because he's not even on the right vehicle.

This is the worst O'Reilly parts house I have ever been to. So just be ready to know exactly what you need and don't let them talk you out of it. I found myself having explain and then outright demand the part I needed.Edit: After five years of touch and go service. I do have to be honest and admit that it has gotten better. MUCH better!! Although not everyone has a clue what your talking about. (I've been halfway tempted to ask for muffler bearings a couple time.)They do have some folks that can help you with just about anything. As well as the willingness to do so. My suggestion, ask for Earl. Always been helpful to me.So I'm going to bump them up from 1 star to three.Y'all be safe out there ??
