If you want your bank info input wrong and made invalid with the IRS you should use the Jasper H&R Block....Also if you want your Tax Return money to never make it to you because THEIR mistake, YOU should use this H&R Block. And once again, if you do not want your Stimulus check to get to you for months while others receive theirs now, you should use them. As for me I will NEVER use them again because this happened to me this tax year. The IRS noted I will have wait an entire year to fix their mistake! That's after paying them almost 300.00 to do our taxes, and getting no response from them.

I have used H&R Block for about the past nine or ten years. I wasn't going to complete the survey, but since I keep getting prompted, I'll complete it this time. My tax preparer was nice enough, but did not seem qualified enough to competently do my taxes. My wife and I did not itemize, yet we ran into a couple of problems we feel should not have even existed. I was told I was missing a 1099R from Metropolitan Life. I drove back to my house and tore apart every file drawer looking for it. I called Met Life and had them email me a copy. When I returned to the tax office, it was discovered my preparer had it the whole time. She then said we couldn't claim the standard deduction if we claimed the $3000 health insurance premium deduction that is offered to all retired law enforcement and firefighters. We argued our case with the preparer until she and her supervisor found out how to claim it. We paid $40 more for the preparation than we ever have in the past. Bad experience!
