Located close to a beautiful park great for running. Only constructive criticism I can think of is the need for blackout curtains in the room. Awesome breakfast.

Room
Was musty smelling, pillows weren’t good at all . Service at the front desk 5 star . Not worth 190$ but probably the most decent motel around that area .
Rooms: Pillows were bad . Room smelt kinda musty.

Always a pleasant experience. Staff could not possibly be nicer. Been her at least a dozen different time in the past 3 months.
Rooms: Rooms all have a desk to work at. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot.

They have been a huge help to my family while we recover from the hurricane. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, good wifi, and the best staff who has worked with us every step of the way. Another pro: WASHER AND DRYER!!

Service was amazing. I cannot thank the front desk on all shifts enough for the hospitality and the kindness to my children definitely will be back.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was always amazing and every morning.

Right outside of my family's town of Wiergate. We regularly reserve here. The staff is wonderful, rooms are clean, always a comfortable stay.

Amazing staff super fast checking in. House keeper's definitely doing great work in keeping room's very clean and comfortable ?. Breakfast are staff friendly all items very nicely kept up. Great Coffee ☕️.
Rooms: Very clean smelling frethe moment you open the door. House keeper's are amazing. Fresh beds spreads. Beds mattress ate perfect relaxing.
Safety: Very lighten up parking lots. Local police ? seen doing rounds. Cameras ?

You have to want (or need) to be in Jasper, TX. If you find yourself there, stay at this hotel. Very clean, and the staff are amazing friendly & efficient. Shannon (I met her at the front desk) was outgoing, polite, professional and very hospitality oriented. Every staff member I encountered was great, overall a better staff experience than I have received in a long time, even at very high end hotels.
Rooms: Very clean, all expected appointments for the chain were present and in good working order.

Place was very nice and clean. Check in was easy. The people that work there were friendly and helpful.
Rooms: Beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and didn't have any smells.

I have stayed at 100’s of “normal” hotels in my life. There has never been a staff from top to bottom as awesome as the staff here. Every single person that works here is top notch. If I am in this area again I will drive an extra 30miles to stay here for sure. Thank you guys for the hospitality.

This hotel has the very best customer service I have ever encountered. After a terrible night stay at a dirty neighboring hotel, i cancelled my 2nd night and immediately booked at this Holiday Inn Express. The evening shift employee, Emma, was so sweet. She listened to me vent for like 30 minutes about the dirty hotel I made the mistake in booking, and was so sympathetic. When I arrived at the hotel the next morning, the day shift employee, Shannon, was equally as amazing. She let me check in hours earlier than the check in and my kids got to swim in a nice clean pool (the previous disaster hotel had bugs in the pool!!!) Shannon and I had a wonderful conversation mid day, and she even let me know about a rodeo a mile away that me and my kids got to enjoy that evening! When Emma clocked in the following evening she even called my room to check on me. When I say above average customer service I truly mean it. Those 2 girls made my stay in Jasper Texas the best. I’m so thankful for both of them, and even signed up for the IHG rewards and will never stay anywhere but a Holiday inn express for as long as I live! I stayed at another Holiday Inn express on my way back to Florida just because of Emma and Shannon. The next Holiday Inn express was also the best!!!! Emma and Shannon…. You ladies are the true meaning of customer service. Thank you. Thank you so very very much.
