The hospital is extremely clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was helpful and experienced. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Over an hour just to be seen glad it wasn't an emergency or something just in a lot of pain and discomfort after the Dr left it was about another 20 minutes just for a shot this is the longest er visit I had ever been to in the last 25 years

The wait is forever and they were basically trying to talk me out of staying . Can’t believe I had children at this place must be why they shut L&D down . That was a bad experience here as also . Go to Beaumont if you have problems.

Husband went in for shortness of breath. His 02 was 84. They didn’t put him on oxygen and sent him home 4 hours later. He had double pneumonia. Didn’t mind billing us over 2 grand for doing absolutely nothing.

Worst place ever! Went for heart issues had 167 pulse rate and they said I had afib. They wouldn't transfer me by ambulance until I took a covid test. I had no covid symptoms. Dr saying I could die if I didnt go to Beaumont hospital but I couldn't go without the test. I left and took extra aspirin and nitro that my husband had been prescribed until I saw the heart dr.

I have the WORST experience ever in my entire life! The doctor was great along with the sweet front staff! However, I have NEVER in my life been treated so rudely, inhuman, disrespectful, unprofessional, unkind, and hateful in my whole life by nurse SHARON LAWRENCE!!!! You aren’t a nurse! You need to work at McDonald’s but I’m not even sure you could treat them right. All because you didn’t want to do what the doctor ordered you to do. Nurses are supposed to be caring, compassionate, kind, gentle and one goal of making the patient feel like they are all that matters. You are the total opposite of that and are one miserable person who obviously needs a different job because you for sure are not a nurse. A name and college doesn’t make you a nurse, it’s how you care and treat them which you HAVE NONE OF THE ABOVE AND you are so very rude! Slamming stuff down like everything is an inconvenience! Disgusting, worse nurse I’ve ever met!!!!

Only come here if you are dying & want to go quick. SLOW is not even the scale these people move on. Their skills are lacking & so is the hospital itself

Having suffered digestive problems all my life and now bad enough to where i had to do something... Never ask a patient...are you really allergic to lettuce or are you just looking for reasons to avoid salad. Next, thank you to excellent Dr. Scott who flushed my line and the Rad tech who flushed my line because my nurse couldnt find time. In the end I am still violently ill at 2am at home since no one can tell me why.
