Great customer service from the employees. They saved a baby cat. At first, they had to get the cat out of the vending machine, and then the cat ran under my car, so they had to rescue it from under the hot car.

I’m not sure who works in their bakery but I tried to call this morning and couldn’t get anyone to answer. So I tried again this evening. We are coming that way for a few days for my daughters 16th bday. I wanted to see about getting a cake made Wednesday. She was very quick to tell me there won’t be a decorator. As I went to ask about maybe Tuesday she cut me off and said there’s 1/4 sheets out front someone can write on. I said, what was that? Because I didn’t hear her due to trying to ask a question. She very rudely repeated herself. I said ok thank you and she just hung up on me. That’s not very good customer service and I guess I’ll just have to go to walmart for a cake. I wanted a brookshire brothers cake because they do taste better but not to deal with rudeness. There’s enough of that going on in this world right now.

I was in Jasper Store Saturday and picked up some ground Chuck, there were so many people there I just grabbed two packages and checked out when I got home I noticed that the price per pound was $4.39. I have never paid that much per pound ever. I called and tried to talk to them about it. Was told to come back into the store and they would check on my price paid. I informed them I was not returning to town but trying to stay home and out of the public. This is price gouging

Such lovely people working in the Jasper Brookshire's Pharmacy!! I hope our insurance continues keeping them in their network. I would hate to have to go back to Walmart after being known by my face and called by name at Brookshires! ?
