They changed their hours it used to be 9pm and now’s it’s 8pm.. it’s very inconvenient for those who don’t get off work till very late in the day and need work boots. Especially since some people such as myself has to start work at 4am now I have to settle for bad quality boots from Walmart… Every other boot barn is still 9pm. This one a few months ago was also 9pm, now they close at 8pm ?. Next time I’ll just go to a different boot barn location since this isn’t it.

The only thing I have good to say is that they do say hi when you walk in the door other than that the service stinks and that is Beaumont and Jasper Tx.
