This morning I went to the store to grab me a coffee and to get some thing to eat as I proceeded to the counter and picked out what I wanted out of the warmer the woman handed me a burnt empanada.. I just wanna make this clear I was as kind as I could be I never got rude with the woman I suggested picking out something else in the warmer instead of that.. But the woman wanted to pick a fight with me told me I could have my money back and not have anything I told her kindly I didn’t want my money back I wanted something else out of the warmer she proceeded to grab my money out of her register and attitude the whole time being extremely rude with me picking a fight and when she gave me my money back she didn’t even give me my full money that I gave her… when I asked to speak with the manager she says she was the manager and pretty much ha ha in my face.. this is terrible customer service and I will never go back and don’t suggest anyone else go either.. when I went down the road to the next convenient store to finally get my coffee I was still shaking up because of the woman being as rude as she was when I told the man at that gas station what happened he told me that he had gotten several comments about the same thing and that she’s worked there to long.. but here’s the thing when you work in a customer service job it’s your job to serve customers and be kind and polite!! I feel sorry for this lady!!!! And every customers day she ruins
