I was very grateful to get a hold of Dawn when I had several questions. She was patient, kind, and went the extra mile to drive me over to the empty unit instead of having me walk over there. It was absolutely fantastic service. She was very thorough and explained the pro-rating and costs for my end of month rental. Five stars!!”
