Bad business on this location bought a relay wasn’t rite one they told me it was installed and never touched a installation sold me open box before I purchased after I ask then was it sealed up and they said would have a issue boy was I wrong didn’t even want to return. I stick to other sources. Now on last resort place beware don’t buy they products ELECTRIC if not sealed..

This is a great store to do business with, the staff will go obove expectations to satisfy customers. If they can't find it in their organization they will reach out to competitors and assure customers will leave knowing staff has gone above expectations. The staff here is under awesome management, two thumbs up for the young lady building an awesome team ,, Definitely going back and highly recommend it

Walked into the store needing a specific auto part and the knowledgeable team their helped order specific parts for a 2000 impala and the manager their also jumped in the conversation and vibe in the store was super positive and had a great experience. We went Eagle Auto looking for some shocks and other items we needed for my Ford F150 and Leslie helped us. She was not only very knowledgeable but very nice and professional. These five stars go to Miss BRENDA who works inside the Eagle Auto Parts store in Jarrell, she is the only one inside that store who is always very friendly and always shows a lot of availability to help customers, she has always solved my problems. problems, in addition she is a person who always smiles and is a person with a very positive energy, I hope that the superior bosses can see this comment and immediately recognize Miss BRENDA for the great work she is doing for that store

Rude and unprofessional store manager! This store needs to reconsider the people they put in high positions. She clearly has no interest in customer relations or quality customer service. She also treats her employees like garbage. If this keeps up my company will no longer use this store.
