From the moment I walked in the clerk named Kim was visibly agitated. Not only making me feel uncomfortable but every customer in the store. Anyone that asked for assistance she would rudely respond too. The coffee machine wasn't working due to the grounds needing to be changed , so we asked the associate Kim for assistance. She responded rudely walked over threw them in the trash as if we were a nuisance to her , we tried to thank her and make light of the situation since it was Christmas Day but she completely ignored us and walked away while we were speaking to her. She then mentioned to her co worker she didn't understand why so many people were there on Christmas Day in a rude manner in which her co worker responded maybe people. Needed last minute items . The whole experience was uncomfortable so my family and I and another customer chose to leave our items and go to a different store . Kim if you don't wanna go to work , please don't show up . Your negative energy was contagious and made you resemble scrooge. I'll pray for you , Merry Christmas

Decent food..one awful employee which we will be calling headquarters about..she is rude..when she does talk..for the most part just stands there with her arms folded like we are ruining her day..this is not a one time thing..we went in again today..a sunday same woman..same garbage attitude..she needs a job where she doesn't have to deal with people..because of this we are done giving the place a chance

I have never rated a gas station but we always stop by this one when we are at the beach. The bathroom was CLEAN! Super clean and could smell the beach. Each time we come the cashiers and store associate are super friendly.

Ok I know it's a gas station but the bottom line is this place is one of a few options in Jamaica Beach and has lots of room for improvement. Product availability is very, very unreliable if management orders they do an awful job - if corporate does it they need to seriously reassess this location. Sandwiches are left in the hot case past expiration. The last 4 times they have been past their pull by time. I quit grabbing those and got a sandwich from the cold case. It was a ham and swiss sandwich. The bread was SO soggy it was like goo. Horrible. The coke case was COMPLETELY out of coke products. There were no lids for the large cups at the drink station. I have sip and save for $5.99 a month and can't even enjoy a lid for my cup and the machine on the right has constant mixing issues with syrup etc. One person alone behind the counter at lunch time. 12:15 PM. I know staffing it tough but this is absolutely unacceptable. The usual morning girl Stacy is amazing, never have any issues with her. Jesse the manager need some major help/coaching.
