First of all he doesn’t return your deposit and second he will charge you over things that is already broken. He’s so rude don’t rent this house.

I just wanted to say the man has a horrible personality and very rude. He tried blaming us for things that were already broken when we got there. a sliding door was broken and scratched and very hard to open that we barely could go in the room which he didn't mention. and the bathroom had a broken towel handle he tired to blame that on us as well but we have videos that show he's lying. He also had a camera on the hot tub which is absolutely crazy since we were a lot of girls half naked in n out the hot tub. Which is disgusting that an old man needs to do that. Out of all places he had it on the hot tub. He also tired to blame us for not cleaning the place by removing his own furniture that's on the night stand to show us dust. Honey you should clean under ur own furniture were not cleaning services to pick up your own furniture and clean under it. It should be clean before we get there. And it wasn't. Horrible customer service. The playroom was also messy and we have a video of that as well. He wants to talk about disrespect but he's been disrespectful and racist towards me and my family. It's also against the law to have hidden cameras and not tell guests about them. He wanted to fine us for moving away the camera when we were in the hot tub but it's very creepy and uncomfortable to have someone watching you while You're in the hot tub. The hot tub was also dirty soon as we turned on the bubbles dirt started to come out and he wanted us to pay for it. Move over I do not recommend staying here. It's also a scam because it says 4 minutes from the beach but it's by the worst beach point there is. I definitely don't recommend staying here. The place also had MOLD on the bathroom Curtains. And other places on the house. So the owner acts as if it's the cleanest place but it's the dirtiest n unsanitary place you can find.

The place was awesome and so spacious and the view was amazing right over the boat canal. Downstairs in the play room we had a pool table, ping pong table and foosball, also bicycles and kayaks for our use. We also had fishing poles and crab pots to use.
