I thought Nails by Rose was bad, but this place takes the cake! I went in for a full set and when I sat down and told the lady I wanted a French tip with the dip. She told me it would be $65 and I told her I've never paid that much for what I wanted. She told me to pick a color and when I told her how I wanted my nails shaped, she did the total opposite, meanwhile tlkg in Vietnamese behind my back with her partners. This place is low rent and nasty as hell! It needs to be shut down and this is the only time I've never given a tip!

Visiting the city for a graduation and just wanted to basically remove the polish from my toes. As you can see it has been a while so there was hardly any polish on the toe nails. I did a walk in to have a polish removal....check this out, The lady quoted me $28.00. ? Me: "Nevermind". I can eat two full course meals for the price to remove this polish that's barely even polish on my big toes mainly. These people and prices are Really ridiculous. I might as well got a Deluxe pedicure. Do you really think my toes was $28 worth of service. This was my first time stopping here, but now you know. "NEVER AGAIN". Unrealistically Too Overpriced.

This place is absolutely awful they were very rough and the owner was very rough all my nails are bleed talked on her phone loudly never spoke a word to me the whole time through both mine and my moms full set prices were only supposed to be a fill charged for a full set said fill was 18 charged 43 and the plain colors no design and very short left and down the road not even 5 minutes later one nail is broken because the acrylic is so thin and flimsy nails are uneven rough on the ends not what we asked for all different shapes versus disappointed although the one young lady who did my toes I wish I knew her name she is amazing and she different salon she is the best and the place is very filthy will be updating in a couple days on how my fingers feel because every one of them has been bleeding.

I called ahead and asked if they could do 2 full sets and a fill. They said they could so I drove to them with family to get Manis. I get there and there's a small wait fine no biggie. But the tech that did my cousin ( she has health problems and autism) was rough and rude when asked to be more gentle. This tech also did my othercousins nails and tech a very long time the other three employees stopped doing nails and made a meal and sat to eat it in the back. In the end I didn't get my fill. My cousins fingers were hurting her and we had been there for almost 2 hours.Be honest and communicable about what you can and can't do please.Worst experience at a salon I won't go back.

Will never return. Although they did a great job on the nails I don't think it was worth getting staph in the tip of my finger. I had to go to the doctor and have it drained and medication.
