I'm a new customer, recently bought a little house here. I went in Saturday for a new set of tips/powder dip. The male tech there did a pretty good job on my nails (Dallas techs use 3 layers of powder ) he only used 2
and you can see through the tips at a close look. He never spoke and only answered me with a short, tense filled response.
Today, I went in for a toenail polish change . The lady was very quiet and seemed to dislike doing the polish change.
I'm going to look for another shop. Any suggestions?

Every time I go there for a pedicure I get really good service by Carol the daughter and even with her mom when I take off my acrylic nails ? they do a very good job ??

Excelente service! Some nail salons don’t use the warm towels or even massage! First time here came in as soon as they opened!

Called ahead to verify they were accepting walkins, got there and they had closed an hour early. Why say 7 if you're closing at 6??

Y’all they never answer the phone I’ve done called about 10 times! Last time I went they cut my cuticles they always mess up on my nails it’s frustrating and when I ask them to fix something (they messed up) they get so angry for what because you’re the one who messed it up or got it wrong!

The most painful pedicure I've ever had. Even after wincing a few times, he kept pulling my toes apart to put the spacer between my toes to paint my nails. Everything else was ok but rushed, I could not relax for the pain. Nice salon, but not very friendly. I seriously doubt I'll be back unless I try sometime else.

Normally I am pleased with the services.Yesterday I went in to get white tips on my toenails.I trusted him and when I looked up from my phone he had painted all my toenails white..very unbecoming.He didn't ask or say anything. HIS REASON..Tips won't look right,you have a black spot on your nails..1,so how do you get to decide when I pay you to do what I asked???Very irritating and he half paints toenails!

Came in for a pedicure and walked out very disappointed. Ask for a French tip it was to thick ask for the gentleman to make the line thinner he tried but couldn’t. I let it be, when I was done drying I saw he had left my toe nails without polish on the edges. So I asked for the whole toe nail to be painted the owner went in and painted it and still didn’t paint all of the toe nail I took the toe nail polish off in front of them. I noticed he didn’t even take the poly gel off that I had on my toes NEVER will I use their service again !!!!Service: Pedicure

I’ve been going into this location for the last five months, and the service is OK. They don’t pamper you by any means which is OK with me because I’m not a pampered kind of person. I was taken care of by the man for the first few times, and then it switched over to, I think the owner because she seemed like she is middle-aged. I know that when I come in my nails look very rough that’s why I go to a nail salon! This is where I want my nails to be trimmed and cleaned up and made to look pretty. Do I expect them to stay pretty for the next Four weeks? No I expect them to look rough by the end of those four weeks this last visit she asked me what I wanted to have done, this is the technician that has taken care of me for the last month or two, and I told her specifically I needed new tips and a fill-in. She knew exactly what I needed And she didn’t do it. I left there with tips that had just been filed down and I got my fill in and then she glosses it over and my fingernails look disgusting. I will not be returning there. They obviously are getting tired of working on nails that need work! They want to take care of women that don’t do much with their hands, or at least women that are smart enough to wear gardening gloves!

My mother went to this place because she wanted her nails done before her sisters funeral. The owner said it would be 30 minutes. My mom is 71 years old. She went next door to get her something. She came back and was told it would be an hour. The owner’s wife said can’t you see I’m busy! They told her not to sign in. My niece was told she didn’t have to sign in. When she came back the lady told her she shouldn’t have left? She was just telling the lady she didn’t tell her that. Well the owner made my mom leave! I live in Dallas and a 20 year veteran. Those people are very very rude! We are boycotting this place! My mom now does her nails in Dallas. I would give no stars if I could.

I went to this place at 4:00 today (Sunday) & they were closed.They shouldn't advertise on line & at the door that their open on Sunday till 5:00!I'll certainly NEVER go back that's for sure?!!!
