“Yesterday I came into the store to get internet service, and I just wanted to really call out a Raven for being extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was super polite, super helpful with setting me up, and even getting me the really awesome promo T mobile had going on. She helped trouble shoot some really weird stuff going on with my t mobile ID, and even gave me her information in case I needed help in the future with it. Everytime I come to this store the customer service is always top notch. This has to be the the best T mobile store I've ever been too, they always make sure you are taken care of.”

“My wife brought in her phone to trade in, but couldn't charge it due to water in the charger port.
Was worried she couldn't transfer her pictures but the manager Erica was very helpful and used a wireless charger to solve the issue.
