We went there on June 17, we had skin care and makeup. It was fun experience and me and my friends spend some money there. Unfortunately, the lipsticks we bought from them were melted when we get home. Hence, we called the store and no one follow up with us ever since then (the lipstick i bought was in my purse all the time, it has to be the inventory). A good customer service or a good after sales service is essential. As your customers, we want to feel being taking care of when there is something happen.

Recently had my ears pierced. First was done 60 years ago. It hurt. This was for 2 new piercings. NO PAIN..None at all. A great place to go, nice selection of starter earrings. Love those ladies!

It was absolutely awesome.. Cheryl was amazing. She held my hand and walked me through the entire skin regimen, from facial foaming cleanser to the finishing powder. Cheryl was more adamant about me feeling good about my skin than I really was.Sandy was in the wings cheering us on. Women building up women. This is now MY MERLE NORMAN BOUTIQUE!Have never had this much fun makeup shopping!Thank you Cheryl and Sandy, you guys are AMAZING ??

Cheryl and Sandy are both so very sweet and know exactly what to do if you have a problem with your facial regimen. They will get you fixed right up and if you're not happy with the results you just go back and they will find the perfect regimen for you! My Mother and I just love these 2 women and we feel like family as soon as we walk in the door. Go see what it is that you need to make your skin soft smooth and healthy again.

My mother and I walked through this location. All I have to say is WOW! This was an amazing store. We loved all the different make up cosmetics and there were members of staff waiting to help. My attention was on the ring light mirrors.

Today I went by the studio to see about something to deal with the winter dry skin I battle each year. Cheryl helped me find the correct product for this and a couple of other things I've been needing. I also stocked up on my usual makeup items easily since they keep an exact listing of your preferences. If you have not become a Merle girl, what are you waiting for?! The customer service is unbelievable and they are always good about making the perfect recommendations for any situation. Thanks as always to my favorite place for cosmetics!!

I love this store! They instantly make you feel at home, remember you from the first time, never pressure you but give you options you don't want to turn down, and they make you feel beautiful! If you haven't tried Merle Norman make up yet this is the place to do it!
