This store hands down has got to be the worst store in Jacksonville. Terrible service, and twice they haven't had change for a 20 dollar bill. I used go here all the time but it a truly went down hill. This was my last time to visit.

The mobile pay for the Phillips 66 app does not work here, even though the app says this is a participanting store. When I select the pump in the app, the pump authorizes the transaction and then tells me to remove nozzle and select grade. After I do both of those things, it won't allow me to pump gas and tells me to replace nozzle. When I do that, it cancels my transaction. =(
