The pharmacist Lisa is RUDE and does not have very good people skills. She makes customers feel as if we are an inconvenience as we are simply needing information on administration of a new medication for a child. In person and on the phone, both times she was very unprofessional.

Lisa the pharmacist get my prescription wrong every time. She only fills half of it because that's all insurance will pay for. I can get the whole prescription cheaper using the discount card Good RX. I have to drive an extra 40+ miles to get the other half. And then she wants to argue it my fault that I got only half. Why won't she tell me I'm only getting half??

If you at least get your prescription even someone elses feel lucky after telling my Dr that were rude to be by walking off when I asked a question they THAN striaght refused to fill a medication they said they already had in stock already also saying their was something wrong with the way the prescription was written guess she couldnt make up which lie to to go with WOW BTW this was the pharmacist

Worst Pharmacy EVER!! Overworked Pharmacists & Staff results in ZERO customer service! Day 1-Doctor calls in Rx to CVS, Day 2- Called CVS, Rx still not ready, gave Insur info. Day 3- called CVS, Rx still not ready, get text 3 hours later that Rx is ready. Day 4- Drive 20 minutes to CVS to pick up Rx, CVS says Insurance is no good! Pharmacist/CVS does not offer to help me by calling my Insurance Company, just moved on to the next person in line. I sat in my car & called my Insur Company & they said Insur IS good & they called CVS & cleared up the matter. I go back into CVS & they gave me two incorrect Rxs. Not what my Doctor called in! I left without my Rxs & going to another Pharmacy. Ugh!!!! Save yourself a lot of time & frustration & forget this CVS-Jacksonville, TX Pharmacy!
