I purchased a new 2024 Canyon in March. Unfortunately, 3 weeks later the engine light came on and my new truck had to be at Bacon for 4 months waiting for the new part. Mr. Bacon, David Brown in the service department, and GM made it RIGHT! If you want to be treated right and fairly, go to Bacon Auto Country and be treated like ROYALTY!

Just a quick shout out to our sales person Jim Vargas. Jim was a great help in our purchase of our 2023 Blazer 3LT. Jim is such a friendly guy and doesn’t put you under any pressure. The staff at Bacon are all so nice and have everything so streamlined you don’t spend a lot of time at the dealership and I like that! I also would like to thank Todd for his knowledge and expertise in discussing the extended warranty process. You won’t be disappointed dealing with the folks at Bacon Auto Country!

((Too bad you can't give a - 10 stars)) This place is a huge joke, to be called a service center!!! The service person here (David) to say HE's incompact would be an understatement!! Over priced and sadly doesn't listen to what you tell him, If you want to get overcharged for services that they don't do and if you just have a deathwish come here to get your vehicle worked on!!! I would AVOID at all cost!!!

I went to Bacon dealership in Jacksonville Tx to get a key made for my1999 Chevy S-10 pickup truck that had not been running in years because i had lost the keyI I brought in a old registration paper and my id to prove ownership. The guy in the parts department stated that i needed to have the truck inspected and registered before he could cut me a key for my truck. I explained to him that I couldn’t get it registered or inspect because i dont have a key to the truck to take it to get it inspected thats why im here.He stated well i don’t know what to tell you so. I stated to him that dont even make sense what your saying. I asked for the manager and the 3 guys in the service department stated he wasn’t there and would be bk the nxt day. Make along story short i went to another Chevy dealership and got my key made with out any problems .. if i could give them NO STARS I WOULD. I DONT RECOMMEND BACON Chevrolet IN JACKSONVILLE TEXAS AT ALL!!

If you're a young woman, the old men may flirt with you. They can do inspections without an appointment. If you have a real problem with your car, don't try to guess what it is. Just tell them there's a noise and let them figure it out. They were not able to fix my car, but they did help me with inspection.I returned to this service department 2/26/18. I asked for an inspection and the man behind the desk told me they can't do inspections in the rain. This didn't make sense to me, but I then asked if they could check if I needed an oil change. I expected him to actually check my car. Instead, he sat behind the desk on his computer, clicked around and told me I was last there in April. He said my mileage was 27,000 then and since I told him it was 35,000 now someone must have changed it since. He assumed I didn't know when my own car was serviced, and that I didn't know what I was talking about. I am very insulted and will not return to this dealership for car service.11/7/23 unfortunately had to return here for service since other shop in town didn’t understand I wanted them to identify why my engine light was on and also service the vehicle. Was quoted $200 for the service and ended up paying $290+ for labor. The part itself was $50. I sure hope the mechanics saw that money.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They made a key for me that didn’t work to my vehicle and still charged me. I will Be taking them to small claims court. Mike the manger has such a nasty attitude. He def does not have any problem solving skills he is very rude.

The service here is outstanding. Only one minor complaint however, and that is they get grease on my wheels every time they rotate the tires. Seriously? I had just washed everything!

Just bought a used truck from them literally less than 8hrs while i was at work they jim vargas worked his magic and got me a 0 down payment colorado z71 literally 30mins or less of paperwork and i was on the road awesome and quick experience
