Although the staff was kind and courteous, our experience was one of mistake after mistake: Failing to tell us to order boutonnières, forgetting to place the flag on the casket during visitation, removing the flowers from the visitation room an hour early because the funeral director had the service time wrong, forgetting to fold and present the flag at the end of the service, forgetting to direct guests to offer condolences to the family at the end of the graveside service, poor communication among the staff when we called with questions or corrections to the obituary. I could go on. It was not a pleasant or smooth experience for a grieving family. I wouldn’t recommend them.

The staff and owner were very helpful. They were kind and caring to all my family and friends. We lost both my parents and I would not have taken them anywhere else.

I have to write an absolute AWESOME review about Autry Funeral Home because my mom just passed a while back and my dad and mom set up their ENTIRE funeral options and desires a little over a year ago. I just spoke with my dad and he told me all about Autry Funeral Home and how the people there took EXCELLENT care of him. At the time of my mom's death, they had everything set up perfectly. This is one more stressor that he just didn't have to deal with. After he and my mom made the decisions, they took care of EVERYTHING after her death with NO pain or arguments whatsoever. I am live in Arizona and I wish we had people with that southern hospitality like Autry Funeral Home who would take care of us like they did for my dad. AWESOME place! Thank you so much for taking such GREAT care of him in one of the worst times in his life!!

As a family member, Directors, Kelly Fowler & Sean McRight, were caring and took care of every detail. We could not have asked for better. This was my second experience with Autry and I salute Barry Autry for building not only the classiest, most beautiful funeral home I have ever seen, but for assimilating a wonderful team to serve you. We were treated like royalty from the door greeters to the owner.As a minster, every need and desire was immediately met. The professionalism was 1st class. I probably officiate 20-25 funerals a year and in different funeral homes, but I was blown away not only with the facilities, but with the staff. Everywhere I turned, there was staff waiting to assist. They valued everyone. Great experience.

Use someone else. Unprofessional. Changes were made to the service without consulting the family, changes were a direct conflict with the family’s wishes. Also bring your own AV tech if you want it to run smoothly.

We used Autry Funeral Home for both my grandmother and grandfather, as well as my Uncle and Aunt.I only attended for 3 of them, but with my grandfathers unexpected passing last week, I was involved from start to finish. The Autry family is absolutely amazing. They are gentle, kind and understanding in our time of grief.They were so incredibly thoughtful. The spent all the time we needed going in to arrangements and making plans, they took care of everything. We picked a time and date for viewing, service and burial at the grave site, and all were executed flawlessly.My grandfather was a welder and they went above and beyond finding a welding them for his obituary as well as his thank you cards.I wanted to make a slide show but I am an Apple user, so they had me send as many photos as I wanted via emails full of pictures and they created a beautiful slide slow for us with music and everything with less than 24 hours notice.Once everything was completed, they handed me a bag. This bag had all my flower tags in it, thank you cards and envelopes, etc.Thank you for taking such amazing care of our family in our time of sorrow and loss.

The staff were very helpful when my mother, Gloria Evans, died last July. Then they were very prompt in getting the death date engraved on the tombstone. I had a good experience with Autry.

Worst experience ever! Rude and all about getting paid.. Do not use! When we decided to use another service they would not release our family member to the other home until we paid the over priced transport fee which was triple the price of other funeral homes as if they made this price up to make a buck. After telling them I could not afford their service price they became very rude and disrespectful. The price trying to be changed to us was 4 times the price we paid else where and ended up getting better personal treatment."They should be ashamed of their service during families difficult times"
