Rude, impatient and not very helpful!!! OH BUT SHE WAS A CHRISTIAN when she said "GOD BLESS YOU " as she hung up on me. (God doesn't like ugly- even when you try to bring him into your ugliness)Sadly, I have tried to stay loyal to small town businesses. My child has gone 2 months without this medication and they have repeatedly failed to communicate their efforts to rectify the problem.That is fine, HEB has glady taken the information and will be reaching out to you for a transfer of all his medications. They are helpful, friendly, caring and they have a drive through too!!!

I stopped by last Thursday afternoon to take my son to the soda shop. They informed me that they closed at 2pm. I specifically asked if they would be open tomorrow and Saturday and the lady said yes and said unless there is a big ice storm that comes in. The area was expecting ice on Friday. We went back on Saturday before 2pm and was told the soda shop is not open on Saturdays......Don't waste you time trying to go to the soda shop.

Old fashioned soda fountain and ice cream place. Worth going in there. Seems like time capsule.Very pleasant enjoyable and delicious. I had cheeseburger and curly fries. And a strawberry sundae. They staff. Are extremely friendly and nice.Definitely a small hometown feel to it. I got there before the noon rush. I relived the past of my youth at a old fashion ice cream soda fountain store.If you’re near here. Go here.Ps. I know nothing of the pharmacy. I didn’t need anything from there.

Regardless of the hours online... yiu better call ahead to see if their soda fountain is open that day. Open 8-2 on Saturday... nope, can't get ice cream. Jacksboro was a destination on a group ride solely for the soda fountain. Will never try again. To far to drive or ride to find it closed again. This is like my fourth time trying to get in there. But it's always closed when we get there regardless of if the drug store is open or not.

The staff were wonderful! The drug store was a step back in time and the milkshake,the root beer float was excellent! The whole experience was fun?

City Drug Store goes above and beyond on customer service. Their friendly staff are amazing. Also, they have a soda fountain that still serves breakfast, lunch, and malts shajes etc. A must stop place while in Jacksboro.
