They seem to always have the parts I can’t find from other major auto parts store. I would say that’s smart. Tells me the management is competent. I own a hybrid / EV repair shop, and finding parts for these type of vehicle are most often a daunting task

I called them before I drove there to make sure they could put automotive paint in aerosol cans. The guy I was speaking to said that they do and that I would need to speak to a person there to ask about pricing and if he could put the paint that I needed in a can. So I drove 40 minutes there and was told to wait to speak to the one guy who does the paint. So I waited 25 minutes standing in front of him while he was helping another customer just to be told that the machine was broken. That is the first and last time I will ever go to a NAPA.

Every time I go to the Jacinto city NAPA store located on Market St Houston Texas I'm am always meet with such a high level of professionalism that I enjoy spending my money there. The manager Mr.Jardon leads his employees by setting a solid example of teamwork, and customer service. The store is clean and well organized,and consistently stocked. The staff is very knowledgeable.
