Good place to exercise ur body, and keep you healthy and in good shape, they also rent it for birthday parties or baby showers for a reasonable price if your looking something affordable to do ur party.

The women are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. If you struggle with the moves they help you in every way they can. I love that they have a late session at 8pm. Music is great too!
