This is their second time to try to get it right. If y'all remember, the first store shut down before we hardly even knew it was open. And this time around is even worse than the first... If that's even possible!? And again, it's all about the service level. Customer service is non-existent. On a good day, the store opens and closes at the times posted on the door... But again, that's on a good day. At the end of the day it all revolves around the level of service provided to the community and to the individual customer and unfortunately that is exactly where this store fails...repeatedly. There are other stores in town who actually do appreciate your business.

I was in the Family Dollar store in Italy, Texas today for the first time. I was super impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness of the store. An employee was extremely helpful as well. I'll be back.
