Disappointed by this place, he advertise it as middle eastern, but its indian. deli is not arabic even though it has arabic names, it is more indian.., the deli that i spend about 40 dollars was bad..Fake everything, fake kebob, fake goat bryani , fake beef bryani.. the meat had a wierd tast, i surely suspect it. The only good thing is the amount of food they put for $10..

The young lady who works in the cash she is such a arrogant person and she don't have manners how to talk with the customer. She never smile and always make rude faces. She talked very rudely and never said thank you and all.

Although Zam zam supermarket offers a variety of food, including a cafeteria and restaurant section, as well as a haircut place and a praying area, the overall cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. The bathroom is in poor condition and the mirrors appear to have never been wiped, which is quite disturbing. Additionally, some of the workers display an arrogant attitude towards customers, which detracts from the overall experience. They are not very cooperative and seem to lack basic knowledge and guidance, which is crucial for a grocery store worker. considering specially I am new in Dallas, and drove more than 25 miles away to just get to Dyer. I would not say my experience was welcomed again there. I know my contribution wouldn’t make any difference, but in the long term the business environment should be more.Despite the range of services offered, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service make it difficult to recommend Zam zam supermarket. It is important for any establishment to prioritize hygiene and staff training to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

First time in this supermarket and the last time. While I was getting things in the refrigerator, they began to turn off the lights without making any type of announcement that they were closing, and the cashier, Shajina, couldn’t be ruder than she was. I asked for the Manager, and she stated his not there and that no one was in charge. I spent 50.00 dollars in less than 7 minutes, and I will never return or recommend this supermarket. It looks old, dirty, moldy, and with the worst customer service.
