I ARRIVED AT A LA QUINTA IN AUSTIN TX CAPITOL, AND IT IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE IN A HOTEL. THE LOBBY, HALLWAYS, ELEVATORS, COMMON AREAS, AND THE ROOM IS UNHEALTHY. THE AUTHORITY SHOULD CLOSE THIS PROPERTY, I DO NOT THINK THERE IS A REMEDY. THE EMPLOYEES ARE ADDED TO LISTENING TO COMPLAINTS.
