Not to recommend at all. Receptiondid not want to call a taxi or Uber for me to get to the airport. I should ask other guests to do so instead !!!!! The Hotel is located in an commercial area and between freeways so I could not even get help from other hotels etc. I felt like beeing a hostage. I asked police 911 for help. Many thanks to the officer.Rooms: Kitchen included but utensils you have to buyNearby activities: NoneFood & drinks: Standard vendingNoteworthy details: I had to call 911 for help to get away from that place.

Horrible experience with property manager Shoni Smith. You never get your room cleaned here. They treat you guys like nothing. They are facing labour issues, it reflects in your room cleanliness. All Shoni Smith can do here is just apologise, but she never wanted to help or improve the situation.

We came for the eclipse, April 2024. The hotel felt safe, but has a serious roach problem and needs better cleaning. Weird smells, loud dogs, and an iffy elevator make for a non-repeatable location.

Horrible. First let me say that Rami and the 2 females that work there are excellent. The BLACK AFRICAN MALE that works there at nights is disgusting, rude and just has an IDGAF attitude. My last day there he tried to open my door and come into my room KNOWING FULL WELL I WAS IN THE BATHTUB. HE STOOD AT MY DOOR SCREWMING FOR ME TO OPEN THIS DOOR RIGHT NOW AND SAID YOU ARE F...ING CRAZY!I Stayed here for about 8 months. Bare bones room. Housekeeping is scheduled for every 2 weeks but comes ONCE A MONTH if you repeatedly ask. If you want clean towels you must pay an EXTRA $4 A DAY!!!THEY will let you pay ahead and if you are a little behind they usually work with you, unless the GM happened to notice you in the balance sheet, then he will literally WREWK HAVIC IN YOU. I HAVE BEEN being $160, and one night I was was just $20 short and they refused to give me a key all night and made me sit in the lobby ALL NIGHT LONG, IN 20 DEGREE WEATHER. TWICE they shut off the electricity in my room until I paid the balance....no warning. That is totally illegal.There was another man that stayed and owed almost $500. Rather than professionally kicking him out, they shut off his electricity. The man stayed. Then, again. Instead of professionally evicting him, they removed the DOOR TO HIS ROOM. THE GM)Owner of this property is NUTS ..and even his SYAFF ARE AFRAID OF HIM. He changes the Rules at whim, and his Staff fear him.Had I known that down the street there are literally over 30 hotels in a beautiful area I would have left there a long time ago. Look at hotels in Las Colinas. Any hotel BUT THIS ONE.Walkability: Omg

We checked into the hotel Feb 07, 2024. We walked in the room read a note on the door saying they will be spraying all room for PEST CONTROL. I walked down to the front desk. The night manager was at the desk. I asked him why he didn't notify us about the pest control issue. It seem like he intentionally held this information from me. He got very agitated when I asked him for his name. So he said call him NIGHT MANAGER. So I asked him again and he got very aggressive and slammed the gate down. He almost close the pulldown gate on my finger.I went back to my room and packed up.I refuse to stay in a place like this so I left immediately. NIGHT MANAGER needs to learn Costumer SERVICES skill. I see why he works at night. He needs to be retrained. I could have worked pass the pest spraying, but he had a piss poor attitude. ADVICE ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I wish I could give this place a NEGATIVE 4??.Update......I spoke with the Day manager. She was very professional. She addressed my concerns. She should be the measuring stick.Noteworthy details: Horrible customer service. Pest control spray says enough.

I was shocked to find out this is a Choice Brand hotel, the African guy that works the front desk is absolutely insane, rude and unprofessional. He yells at guests, tells guests to pay their bills, and threatens that he is going to turn off the water and electricity in the room. That tells you what kind of hotel I’m glad I checked out of.He is handling this hotel as a project hotel, and the other guests here bring this hotel down which you add the cheap furniture, the decor, the cleaning services only twice a month (laundry too… where you will feel like your in jail waiting to get clean jumpsuits) seriously!Keys never work, poop is everywhere, trash everywhere, I hope the owners and management company reconsider their decision on hiring the team he has in place besides the ladies who work the office.By far the worst hotel besides location.Safety: It’s not the doors you should feel concerned about working because they work, it’s about the hotel your locked in with the guests who stay here, you hear fighting, gang related activities, escorts, and more!

Saturday morning 1/27/2024 2:21 amI had a late check in at this location. After I showed and got ready to sleep I find that there is no blanket on the bed only a sheet, I try to use the room phone but it doesn’t work, so I go to the front desk and have to use the front desk phone to ask management about extra blankets. The guy says that there are no clean blankets and there will be clean linens later after housekeeping arrives, I explained that there is no blanket only a sheet, he says that there is nothing that he can do, I asks him what am I supposed to do, I’m cold and want to sleep, he hang the phone up on me, I call back but to no avail. First time at this location and I’m highly dissatisfied with the way the front desk management handled this. Better guest accommodations are required here and better guest services.

Shanna was very nice, the rest of the staff they were rude and thief, I mistakenly forgot my wig in room and I didn’t find it. I call the same day they said they didn’t find it. They sound very suspicious and they said their Camera is not working. The guy on the front desk told me is not their business I should be more responsible the, he didn’t even care helping me to check the wigAll staff thief.

Shanna at the front desk is very nice and helpful. She's always very busy but eager to help. Our room was clean and the location is great. The entire hotel has a weird stank smell. Wifi is garbage. The walls suck, you can hear footsteps, creaks, pipes running water etc. Bathtub didn't drain properly, water accumulated the whole time. Only good thing is full size fridge and stove top. Also your room will smell like food.

Not recommended. The staff was very nice but unfortunately my experience wasn't great. The pictures online at the time of booking looked nice but the hotel was pretty dirty... to the point that I didn't want to sit in the lobby chairs. My take is they are probably understaffed and need more people to own their first impressions and cleaning. My first room had a sticky floor, sticky desk, and sticky door handles with visible food residue throughout. The front desk was great and got me a new room which was much better. In the morning, the complimentary coffee (available at 6:00a according to their sign) had no cups in the area which caused more disappointment. The sidewalk to my car as I was leaving had dog droppings that I had to avoid. I got the hotel because of the location but I should have done more research. This might be a great option for someone looking for a cheap medium-term stay on a budget but I wouldn't recommend it for business travel.Rooms: My first room was dirty and I had to ask for a new room. They leave the rooms at 60 degrees which is too cold for most people.Walkability: Nothing is walkable nearby.
