“I went to Manyavar as my last option a day before my wedding as my wedding Sherwani was messed up by the designer, I called them and Shankar was kind enough to keep the store open right before closing. He went above and beyond when I explained him the situation and helped me find the right Sherwani which I needed , people like Shankar prove why having empathy and compassion towards fellow people is important in life, he was happy to answer all my questions and gave me good suggestions which made the decision easier and a lot less stressful. “Lots of choices and the options are good as well. Delays are there always but make sure to read the small fonts they put in the deal cards. Overall jeans and jackets options are awesome. Staff are friendly and will give you the proper description and options if they are not available in the store as well. Overall satisfied with the quality and the customer service. “My Husband bought me 2 sets of Jammies for Christmas. The clerk forgot to take the security locks off.He was in "another city"!We haven't had a change to go back.I work in Dallas so on my way to visit my Mother in Assisted living the Irving Mall was on my route .The clerk was so apologetic and kind.Shout out to her customer service skills. It hard to find these days.I don't usually shop in that are but I will now.Easy access off Hwy 183. Plenty of parking. Close to main entrance AND Great Customer service!It's worth the drive for the WIN WIN SERVICE!”
“A blast from the past! If you're a child of the 1980's (and maybe 90's), then this particular Spencer Gifts will probably blow your mind. When going to this location at Irving Mall, it's like you've stepped into some weird kind of time capsule where this store itself hadn't changed since the 1990's, but somehow they're aware of today's pop culture. But man, is it so wonderfully strange to see a Spencer Gifts that has carpeted floors and that great nostalgic sign in front of the store again. I really hope they never change this location. 😃”

“Very nice clothing from bathing suits to dresses. Prices vary... not terribly inexpensive, not to say it's not cheap. Also have some massage up items to include lashes, nail polish, lip gloss etc. Also has underwear and little jewelry.”
“Amazing customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by Lizzy. She helped me pick out some good jeans. She is very hard working unlike her co workers. If you walk in regularly you will notice she is the only one that actually works. She is always making sure the store is ready and presentable for the next customer that walks in. She goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you need while her co workers are doing nothing. She is very very helpful to say the least. I would recommend this store when lizzy is there.”

“I've never been to DD's discount but definitely heard a lot about them from other people, and now I see why. I was blown away by their selection!! It's like a Ross/ Burlington but with cheaper prices, I would say if you're planning to go to one of those stores, try DD's. They have beauty products, home items, snacks. I'll definitely be back...I'm thinking about doing my whole home over lol.”

“No complaints here towards the HomeGoods side, but the TJ Max side is the reason the check out is so long. Employees who strictly work on the HomeGoods side of the store are not allowed to work the register. Idk why that is, but it is. So please don't listen to reviews on here bashing HG employees for "standing around" during closing. HG can't leave the store at night until the very last customer is gone. Even if the HG side of the store is clean. Please be patient, they're some of the best people I know and are such hard workers. ❤️”
