Today my Car underneath cover was broken and fortunately i found this car fix place cross the street of my apartment . And they fixed it with in 20 minutes and it was reasonable price.I was so worried. Because usually when you take it to dealer or any other place the make you wait and charge you more. I am really happy about their services. Everyone is very nice and Hala took care of my really well. And then they reminded me my car registration is expired. Omg! I went back to do Inspection and it was done with in 10
Minutes. Wow! I am super amazed by their services and how they treat their customers. I am recommending everyone ?. Never had such a good service . Thank you so much to both of them who take care of of my car today hala and i forgot the other parson name . He was super nice. ?

They charged me $650 to fix my car and 2 days later the problem existed so I took it back in and they told me it was another issue when the issues I took it in to begin with were still going on. Go somewhere else this place is a rip off.

I called to see if they could change my headlights and he said yes come in so I brought my car on my lunch break and was in and out in less than 15 min! The team was kind and helpful!

Traveling to Florida this week and our van’s AC stopped working. 90°+ outside so that won’t work. Looked up mechanics near us and rolled in to Wheel Works. They checked the Freon and filled us up so we could get back on the road! Super helpful! Got us on the road. Fair price. And told me that I’ll need a new AC compressor soon (we’ll deal with that after Florida).Can’t say enough about how this shop helped save our family vacation!

I was needing a state inspection and had a terrible experience with a different company (see my previous review) and found Valley Ranch Automotive right here on Yelp. I called the day prior to see if they take appointments (they do not) and I was pleasantly surprised how nice the employee was on the phone. First good sign! I went today and parked. As I was walking into the garage customer entrance, a nice man asked if he could help me. I explained that I needed a state inspection on my Tesla and he directed me to pull to the first bay. Once I did this. I followed him into the little office. Another employee greeted me warmly and asked how I was. Wow, what a difference from the other experience! I recognized his voice and thanked him for being so nice when I called the day prior for how kind he was. I was in and out in a flash. No telling me my brakes were bad, I needed new tires- no BS. They treated me respectfully, which is always a rarity when it comes to females walking into an auto garage. Will I return? MOST DEFINITELY and I will be referring others to take their business there. Thank you so much for the positive experience!!

DO NOT COME HERE! I experienced the worst service at wheel works 2 off of MacArthur. The workers here lack any respect/customer service/auto repair skills and they will PURPOSELY BREAK YOUR CAR PARTS. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection and they BROKE my center console and denied touching anything inside my car. They upcharged my license plate light replacement to $50 and THREATENED ME that they would NOT PASS my inspection if I did not pay it. They also left the oil cap OFF after they performed my oil change which caused oil to leak EVERYWHERE in the engine which nearly damaged my entire car and it would not surprise me if they did this on purpose as well. I went back to confront the workers and they claimed they did not work on my car, they were extremely aggressive approaching me and they began raising their voices. I confronted the manager and he rudely told me "what do you want me to do about it?" and he walked away. I WILL NEVER LET THEM WORK ON MY CAR AGAIN AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE SCAMMERS.

This is the SECOND time this company has scammed me. Whenever they attempt to fix your car, they first test it and tell you EVERYTHING that is wrong with it. After that is done they hold your car until they close and then call you to come pick it up. When they fix the one thing that you paid for they purposely destroy another part in your car so that you will come back to fix it. This is my second time getting scammed by them. I spoke up this time and told them how I felt and what was going on, the Mexican man laughed in my face and the owner said “it’s not our problem” REPORT REPORT REPORT! These men are purposely breaking parts and/or replacing hood parts of your car with bad parts so that you’d come back to get it fixed.
