I placed an order 11 days before pickup, for a $75.00 Thanksgiving Day meal to be picked up 11/24, which was a Wednesday. Two days before the scheduled pick up from the Grauwyler location, the woman in photo ( keep reading to know how I knew), called me saying something to the effect that she was having to call all the customers to let them know that their store "got scratched " and she was having to call all their customers and tell them that they didn't have any Turkeys to fill orders ! But If I wanted to do Prime Rib ... which is 10.00 more, I could do that . She suggested I call ( what I call The North Kroger ) the one at 635 and MacArthur and gave me the number after looking it up . The north came thru and I am forever grateful. They even said I had gotten the last one . BUTTTTTT, I proceeded to still go to the Grauwyler Kroger because I had other items I need to pick up on the way home from Work and I see the employee , putting the same box I had gotten from The north Kroger . It was the same distinctive voice I heard on Monday, that was loading the box. Did she lie? It's not like I placed the order the day before and expected them to produce. It was 11 days .

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I cannot put into words how infuriated I am in this store I purchased ready to feed baby formula on September 16th my 3 month old baby had been fussy & has had projectile vomiting with chunks. Today I checked the bottle & the milk has been expired as of Aug 1,2021. I never bothered to check before because I've never had this issue & shouldn't it be the stores responsibility to check their items!!!!! CHECK YOUR PURCHASES FOR DATES BEFORE PURCHASING!!!

Worst experience every time I go here with the staff. First time there, my cashier kept talking to me in Spanish as if I understood What she was asking. She clearly spoke English because she was speaking English to the customer before me. Today (5/29/21) - I got out of my vehicle and the employee getting more carts asked if we could walk further from the store to get a cart. We got the cart and she insisted we return it to a cart return on another parking isle. We instead gave it directly to her and she said "I said put it on that other cart return and I'll get it on my next trip" rudely . My husband told her we figured we'd make it easier on her and she threw some attitude towards us as if it was our job to collect cart and not shop in the store. To make things more worst she knew there were no carts in the store and could of told us to hang on to the cart we got for her. As we entered the store a white old lady pointed and said she's getting a cart for her. Is Kroger racist?

Terrible customer service, they are rude and not willing to even try helping. And some advice: never order online groceries from Kroger. They use insta cart to deliver and if they mess up your order you cant return it in the Kroger store. I will definitely never go back to this store.

This specific location is a little slice of heaven on earth. An oasis in a sea of conformity. My favorite part of the shopping experience is running into my favorite employee, Lisa. Kroger is lucky to have her under their employment, not the other way around. She is always so friendly and helpful. She never fails to brighten my day. As for the store's inventory, I am ecstatic that they are regularly well stocked on healthy options such as vegan food items and kombutcha. The produce can be a bit lacking at times. Particularly in the organic department but all in all it's a great little store and I will continue to frequent it on a regular basis. P.S. Joshua the bagger did a great job and was friendly as well!

Another reviewer has referred to the racist staff member in the self check-out line. I am not surprised, as she certainly is sexist. I asked her to not call me "hon," and she glared at me as if she was the one insulted. She then proceeded to call another female customer "sweetheart." She is quite surly and someone worth avoiding. The store itself has products that are not provided on 6th/MacArthur, so I continue to go there occasionally. I find Kroger employees generally to be rather rude and not aware that they are there to serve customers, not the other way around. I have almost been knocked down a few times, because a staff member is racing around and oblivious to his/her surroundings. It is best to shop on the defensive when you go there, maybe wear protective gear.

There is a racist staff member that works in the self checkout area. A white middle aged woman, Completely ignored someone that was a different color. Not once but three times. After being ignored a white man walked up and she immediately assisted him. I will not support this store with racist intentions. Money is the same! Very bad for business. You lost a few customers.

I've been shopping here for 30 years. I've never ever had poor service. I was astounded by the poor reviews then noticed that those peanut beads had reviewed the store years ago. Clean store, well stocked, good variety of stock. What's not to love.

The cashier, IRMA. poor service and lack of knowledge on how to navigate through Western Union to find customers accts. She counted the bills using a machine and then just placed it on the counter for me to pick them up; didn't even bother to count the bills for me. Location: Kroger/ WU at 2201 W. Grauwyler.
