This is the worst bank I've ever done business with. Actually, this is the absolute worst bank I've ever come into contact with. I had my debit card compromised and was charged an overdraft fee in relation to the confusion. A second time, a vendor overcharged me and then credited the money back and they charged me a fee along with a comment, " well, it wasn't the bank's fault." Well. It wasn't my fault either. Terrible customer service. Terrible policies.

Came here to take out a pay day loan and God must've been telling me not too come here because when I came here their computer system was down and only 2 computers was working. There was a lot of people waiting to make payments and I was the only one sitting waiting to take out a loan. I do feel as though they let a lot of people skip me because of this and I was there for an hour waiting patiently to sell my soul to the devil. After an hour of waiting I decided to leave. I did think about coming back but I received a blessing to where I didn't have to use this service at all. Will I ever come back to this location umm no! Parking is terrible there but the employees that work there were nice and kept on apologizing for the inconvenience. You would think with those high interest rates the company would spend a good amount of money for IT. I guess not! I gave this 2 stars because of the politeness of the ladies there but otherwise I would've given this 1 star.

This bank has been very shady. Be very cautious of them and the business practices they use. I currently have a loan with them and with the loan i loose any overdraft protection during the repayment of the loan and 60 days after the loan. I rented a uhaul for one day and prepaid for anything including milage on the truck for a friend. I only agreed to the one time charge to my card, 12 days later im billed $500 more dollars by uhaul and the bank post it bringing the account to a negative balance. I have no overdraft because of the loan, so how is my account in the negative and not charging me the overdraft charge, this makes other things also negative and no charges for negative balance is ever added to my account. On top of that the card used to get the uhaul was canceled due to me loosing it and got another one 5 days later i noticed the charge by uhaul called customer service because the canceled card should not of been used or able to process any sort of charge to my bank account and was told at that time the card was never canceled on that day 5 days earlier. I filed a dispute and was very rudely told i gave the card to be used at uhaul and that its gonna be paid by me and not coming off my account and nothing I can do but pay it. I did not authorize the use of the card a second time anyway but even if i did the other 2 facts still remain the card should of been canceled before the second charge was posted and went through and more importantly is the fact that I have no overdraft because of the loan i have. I have gotten an attorney and its gonna be corected and made right or i will take legal action and get the funds that i have lost and the money its gonna take to get my car out of repo and pay tow truck because of the actions of the bank . I have been with this bank for over 4 yrs and my husband liked it because everything was already set up like direct deposit and we was established with them but not having money after working hard for the last few weeks has certainly changed his mind about that.
