Awful! Three years into my auto loan and they call to ask me about my work location (I’m current on my loan). Um I put it on the application and paperwork when I got the loan. The lady Sheri was rude on the phone saying I declined the same question a year ago. I was never asked this a year ago. I thought they had it considering it was on all of the paperwork. They didn’t give me the loan without my place of employment. She said well “it’s required” and I said I already gave it to them. Literally over halfway through my loan and you’re calling me now harassing me about this, being snotty, and rude. Don’t recommend Wells Fargo. I will be refinancing with someone else.

Wells Fargo is the worst place to work and bank! The managers are rude and disrespectful! If you get the misfortune of being trained by Keshia or the senior team lead ( older woman who can barely walk)good luck! This orientation is so confusing and there is no script but you get graded on the calls! They could not train any worst if the tried. They literally couldn’t tell me the benefits of working there! ( Benefits or anything!) They also have been sued for a laundry list of offenses! If I could I would give them NO STARS!! If you value your time and energy STAY AWAY!

These crooks also charge interest on "extra payments". If you pay $100 extra per month, they'll charge at least the same amount in interest as a "penalty". Yes, I called in to verify this after they stole $500 from me.

NEVER late on one payment during the duration of the car loan. Payments set up on automatic draft. They drafted last payment then reported last payment late! Called and they have no clue how it happened. Will never finance anything about with this bank ever again. Have had several car loans with perfect car credit for over 15 years. Please finance your cars with a more responsible bank. This one ain’t it.

Seriously , on hold for 20 minutes or more to get someone on the phone. Then they ask you for literally every piece of personal information to make a payment. Really who knows the vin number on their vechicle. Trying to pay off last payment and want an extra 100.00 because of interest? Been on hold for 30 minutes now trying to find out why they need 100.00? Never again. But seriously, here is a company that can grow because they misued clients data to open fake accounts.

The worst customer service ever they are customer disservice. As if our monthly payment doesn't pay their checks. They are rude and unhelpful.

Paid my car off early. It has been 5 months and still no title. Very unorganized corporation. Called several times to get this resolved since the apartment # was left off the shipping label but instead of sending me a copy of the title, they Sent me a copy of my contract. It’s like a circus but don’t be late on your payment one day or they manage to send you hate mail and endless phone calls like your a criminal but they can’t seem to send the title when you pay off your loan.

They are horrible. I bought a car that the title was paid off on but it is now over an hour on hold on this call, and 2 hours on hold last week, and still no verification that the title is being sent to me. It has been over 2 months since the car was purchased from a dealer in Hurst Texas. This company only pays top management a salary that allows you to own a home. People below top management resent this and being overworked while their boss in on the golf course.I am withdrawing all funds in a retirement account with Wells Fargo.IF I COULD GIVE A RATING OF ZERO I WOULD.

Totally unprofessional. Long story short - my wife and I bought a car from Tom Peacock Nissan in Houston. WFDS initially approved us, then two weeks later I'm getting several calls from Tom Peacock Nissan telling me to come in due to serious matter. WFDS declined approval with them....AFTER 2 WEEKS. RIDICULOUS, TO SAY THE LEAST. If you're going to do business, especially with cars, it should be done right the first time!!! Period. Now we've lost our 3 Year Oil changes and we've been totally inconvenienced. My mother worked 23 long years and retired from this bank, and she was surprised and very upset at this also. We will not have any dealings with this bank in the future, and I highly suggest anyone reading this to take this advice. ZERO STARS!

I have about 16 months left on my loan. I have not had to reach out to them much but when I do the customer service is great.

Will never again deal with an auto lender that lies to me. They received a refund check and lied to me in 2 separate occasions about receiving the refund. Then have kept me on hold for over an hour and keep making excuses about why it will take them over a month to mail the rest of the refund to me.....absolutely f****** pathetic that they f*** up and then expect me as a customer to allow them any privileges!!! This is what's wrong with the world! Never in the rest of my life will I ever do anything with any part of Wells Fargo!

Demand that the dealership use a different company to finance your auto loan. Wells fargo has terrible customer service (if you can ever get someone on the phone). Logging into your account will be non-stop problems and after 2 attempts to login in to your account will be locked and you will be unable to pay your car note.

They should be prosecuted for theft. When a loan customer pays over the minimum payment you SHOULD be putting that towards principal, not future interest you greedy thieves!
