These crooks also charge interest on "extra payments". If you pay $100 extra per month, they'll charge at least the same amount in interest as a "penalty". Yes, I called in to verify this after they stole $500 from me.

The worst customer service ever they are customer disservice. As if our monthly payment doesn't pay their checks. They are rude and unhelpful.

Horrible customer service, spoke to one of the mangers and she has worst customer service. Never use them, they don't really care about customers.
