Extremely Bad customer service, all the employees especially at the drive thru are incompetent, we have business accounts and personal as well for the last so many years but they ALWAYS fail to do anything.. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION

I just try for the third time to open a business account, they always have a excuse to help me, back in the day I opened a business account in the same branch and they always gave me the option and a very good service, they don’t do nothing to do better or change the personal

These guys suck, I scheduled an appointment a day earlier at 12, I made it there at 11:50, waiting for someone to just talk to me, and after 25 min they tell me that “somehow” the system double booked me with a much prettier woman, i guess SYSTEMS make mistakes like that

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 20 years and this is one of the worst branches I have seen. Went there for an issue with my account and they could not help and they said I need to make an appointment multiple times.I made an appointment and went they did not have the staff and finally they got someone to help which was useless as they could not solve the problem. I am closing my account.I think most Wells Fargo branches are going like this, lack of customer support which used by the best many years back.Unfortunately I cannot rate them -5.Stay away from Wells Fargo.

I don’t remember the guys name who helped me open an account but he has an excellent communication skills. He knows how to interact with customers. Highly recommended location for banking needs.

I went the other day to close my account with Wells Fargo and the customer service was so rude to me for doing so. They were talking bad about my decision as well as talking bad about the other banking company I am now using. I felt hurt and not welcomed!

Horrible customer service. I was assisted by a teller named Vanessa today who was extremely rude and made things extremely difficult for me. I won’t be back to this location and I hope someone talks to her about representation and how to provide good customer service.
