This was the worst shopping experience I have had at a Walmart and that is saying a lot since my expectations are low. This was a Saturday afternoon prior to a cold weather front. When we arrived there were lots of carts in the parking lot corrals but no carts had been brought back into the store. As we moved through the crowded store there were 1-3 empty, abandoned carts in almost every grocery row. This caused further congestion of the busy aisles. No store employees were seen collecting the empty carts, either in the parking lot or inside the store. Most of the perishable food areas were empty. Very few fruits or vegetables, no bacon or meat. We did not see any employees restocking the empty food aisles. This store appears to have transitioned to almost entirely self-checkout. There were two lines of people with carts waiting to check out, the lines snaking all around the store. The only place I visualized an employee was pointing out to people where they should go to scan their own items. Based on this experience I will certainly never return to this store.

A Walmart employee was offended by me asking her to change her gloves after seeing her dig at her private area while on her cellphone ??♀️. She rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. No name tag African American woman with braids. Won’t be buying anything from the deli area.

The Walmart on 4100 Airport road has the most rudest employee. I asked the employee behind the deli counter to change her gloves after seeing her dig into her private area while on the phone. Her response was I always change my gloves and with a facial expression of rolling her eyes as if. When serving the public you never know who you are serving.

This Walmart is terrible!!! I went in at 7:30 to get a thumb drive from electronics. There was no one in Electronics. So, I went thru an unmarked door in the back to look for some help. After me shouting "Hello" three times, some guy came out from behind a rack and simply said, "You can't be back here!" No question to see if I needed help. I told him no one in Electronics and I needed to buy a thumb drive. He just kept saying "You can't be back here!" I told him the door was not marked "employees Only", but he didn't care. He FINALLY offered to help me get what I needed. So, I went to Customer Service to complain about how I was treated. Of course, there was no one there!! I will never go back to this Walmart!!! I would recommend you don't either!

I came to the automotive services twice. First time I waited an hour and they didn't even start on my car yet. Second time, hoping for a better experience, I came in today to get an oil change and tire rotation. They told me hour and a half. Two hours later I look and there's no one even working on my car. I ask them what's going on and they all look at each other like "I don't know, Im not working on that" and they worked on cars that came after me. They seem like they don't care about making you wait this long. I know these things can take a while, but at least give an accurate time frame. It was incredibly frustrating. This place sucks unfortunately.

They close 10 minutes before 11. Yes they turn you away after watching you walk all the way up to the door. Manager needs to do something about that

DO NOT DO GROCERY PICKUP HERE. I'm 40 minutes waiting as of now. And mind you there aren't that many of us here. Oh and make sure you check in online bc they won't pick up the phone for you to check on your order status while you wait! I will never do pick up here again or recommend it to anyone!!!!!

What a ghastly experience we just had with the pick up service. My wife made an order last night and asked my son to pick it up. He arrived at the store and my wife confirmed that he had arrived and was in bay 8. My son then at there for almost an hour before he finally asked (that's on him). He was told that Walmart track the app and, because the order was on my wife's phone and the gps indicated she was wasn't there, they didn't take the stuff out. Then, after my son had asked for the items, the power goes out at the store and he can't retrieve the items at all. He comes home empty handed despite us paying for the items. As I type this my son is back at Walmart trying to get our items and is again being given the run around .Because he doesn't have much time it looks at though he will again come home with nothing. I used to love Walmart but they're now a bit like what K-Mart had become. I appreciate they are community minded and that may save them as far as me being a customer, but I will NEVER use their drive up service again.

Wish I could do zero stars but here we are. Worst Walmart EVER. Every pick up spot is occupied. Looks like a tail gate party. Slowest service ever. Oh but why not shop inside? Great question, allow me to answer. I have the flu! I'm just trying to get some dang groceries without starting a flu pandemic. Do better guys this is ridiculous.

Mr Artwood is a great manager and great person. I was having problems with using our new WIC card for my newborn son and he came and corrected his workers mistakes on the charges in a positive way. He even took time out if his busy day to further help me find the correct baby formula that was being covered by WIC (unfortunately Walmart does not accept WIC for baby formulas). Mr Artwood was super busy with his coworkers asking him questions but he still took the time to handle my problems first. Love going to this Walmart with Mr Artwood in charge. Thank you Mr Artwood for your great customer service and friendly neighborhood atmosphere.

Such a fast and easy check in process. The staff are absolutely amazing. I have been traveling alone as a woman and the two woman named Lisa and Remi are legitimately the one reason I've been able to stay in Texas look for a job, stay safe. They've gone out of there way multiple times. I highly recommend renting from this location.

This is probably the only place I know of where curbside pickup is slower than shopping in store. Amazingly, timing does not matter here. I was the only one that had arrived and verified that I was here. An employee had even verified my orders and said she'd be right out. Then a few more cars showed up and checked in AND got their orders before me. Fifteen minutes later and I finally get part of my order and they said the rest wasn't in stock. Except, it ALL was in stock, but one item, not 13 of the other items Walmart FAILED to deliver.

My recent experience at this Walmart reminded me why I stopped shopping at Walmart years ago. Sadly, no other stores carried the item I needed so I was forced to shop here. Customer service is terrible. I tried picking up an item with curbside pickup, but the item was damaged. I asked if there was another one to replace it with, so they took the damaged item back inside to check. It was the last one. I said: okay so how do I get a refund since you already marked that I picked this item up? They told me their manager said to go inside the store. I waited in the customer service line only to be told they couldn't refund me without the product in hand. I tried explaining that they took the damaged item back and told me to just come inside. The customer service woman told me that I had to get back in my car (after waiting in line for 30 minutes), drive back to curbside pickup, find the unknown Walmart employee at an unknown door, retrieve the item, and then come back inside. Nope, sorry not doing that. I asked several times if they could just call the curbside pickup manager until they budged. Wasted 45 minutes of my life today and came home empty handed. Never again.
