Very bad customer service i received today. Lady refused to ring up my items due to another line which there was a cashier taking care of that line, so i had to get in that line while she ring up another person from that line, omg. Didn’t make any sense, hire people that have common sense & customer service skills.

Showed up JAN 6 2024 2pm for a rapid COVID test, was told they were out of stock because I signed up for the COVID/ FLU. I worked as a pharmacy technician at a Walgreens in NY last year. My store would call and inform the patient of the shortage or offer an alternative option. The help was almost non existent here and the pharmacist on duty was never made aware. I just went home. Last time I’ll visit the store

We had come in for taking a passport photo for Indian passport renewal. The photo was taken using a very basic digital camera and the print had very less light that the white background appeared almost yellow. We still kept a leap of faith due to our urgency and continued thinking the services offered at Walgreens would be standard and have minimum acceptable standards.Our application was rejected because the photo did not meet minimum standards and did not have sufficient quality. For a place offering passport photo services, this is the basic expectation. While we understand for $18 one can’t expect any much of a touch up or photoshop expertise, being able to give a photo that has sufficient lighting and quality is bare minimum. Else, please refrain from providing this at your store.

I would have rated 0 star if possible. My wife placed online order to print few photos. Estimated pickup was 6:45PM but i went their at 8:15 PM but photos were not ready. When i asked when will get it ready they did not have any answer. Then the lady who says she is manager of the store started looking for order in the system. I told her my wife's name and phone number but she could not find it . I offered her to show picture of my order and confirmation on the phone . It was also having order number as well . She refused to see that. Surprisingly they cannot search the order by order number in the system which is really weird . She was acting so arrogantly that anyone can loose the temper. Then she threatened me to call police if i will not leave the store. I said go ahead an call police because i did not do anything wrong . Ultimately she did not call . It seems like she was just trying way to get me out of there. Then after some time she was able to find order by my phone number and name . She said she is processing the prints and disappeared. After waiting for 30 minutes her colleague came and said due to some technical difficulties they cannot print the photos. I don't think that was the case because when i was their she printed 2 orders in front of me for other customers.This is the worst experience i ever had in any store. Never ever go to this Walgreens at valley Ranch for anything . They will make you cry for their service. So disrespectful and no sense of customer service.

I visited on Oct 11 at 12:15 pm. The employee working the photo counter and the manager had the worst customer service. They were short, preoccupied by their own conversation and the fed ex delivery driver; not helpful. Walked away with the "too bad nothing we can do- figure it out for your self" impression.

The pharmacy staff is hit or miss. If you are lucky to go pick up your medicines when the ladies are working, it's fine. But when it's the guys, they are usually pretty rude when you ask basic questions. I've heard them speak very rudely to clients who come asking about vaccines or who don't speak good English. The ladies are more polite and nicer overall. Can I also say how pointless those large screens they have in the refrigerators are? It puzzles me that they have them there when you're going to open the door anyway to see what's inside. Half the time what's on the picture doesn't match what's inside anyway.

We visited this pharmacy on last weekend to check on the deals we generally receive on the DealsAndCoupons.We were happy with the deal we got and also the other items we purchased over there.But to avail the deals, you must have an account with them, I mean you must be a registered user with them.You can get registered over the counter if you are a first timer.

We took a baby photos for passport. Photo print quality is pathetic and even worst part is they charged $34 for just for 2 photos.

I went for a quick in and out shopping looking for diaper cream. I went in and the employees were busy putting away stock and inventory tasks. Since I noticed they were busy I took a little more time to look around since I rarely come to Walgreens. By the time I'm finished I make my way to the registers and there was no one there, understandable, since I was the only one waiting. I waited for 5 minutes. During that time 2 employees came up, made eye contact with me and went back to whatever they were doing. This happened twice. The girl that ended up finally coming to the register seemed like I was a misfortune to her day that "how dare I interrupt her tasks" type of attitude. She did not even bother to greet me. Not a "hello, did you find everything okay" EVEN after I was polite and said hello. After my transaction was done, not even a thank you after I said thank you have a good day. Every time I went in prior to thus visit I was always treated kindly. This girl took off the second she gave me the receipt. Memo received, I will not by any means come back to this location, I'd rather spend my time and money at another pharmacy.

I have used the pharmacy as well as the regular store. Nine times out of ten they are prompt courteous and helpful in everything they do for you here. Store is always clean and pretty well stocked. Line can get a bit long sometimes but it is a busy area. I recommend it for your quick needs and for your pharmacy as well. Prices are not as low as Walmart on regular everyday items so be warned. It is a convenience store in that sense.

Unfortunately, this place, especially the pharmacy, has gone downhill over the past few years. I've been a longtime customer. I have started moving prescriptions to other pharmacies because of the bad experiences I've encountered here.#1 - a lot of medication is out of stock, or they take much longer than initially communicated to fill it. Also, other pharmacies will try to call/look up other locations to find the medication, but this location has told me they are unable to do that. They also sometimes give you a hard time when trying to use GoodRx or coupons to lower the price of your medication.#2 - the pharmacy staff is usually not friendly (i.e. no customer service) or not informational. Gone are the days when they ask:"do you have any questions about this medication". I've tried on several times to ask about medication only to be dismissed. I've had to call other pharmacies to get insight into my medication.I would suggest trying other Walgreens, CVS, speciality pharmacies, or even online pharmacies before filling your medication at this location.

The photo quality taken for passport at the pharmacy was very bad and blurry. Wasted 25$.When asked about the blurry picture the person mentioned its not blurry. Definitely not worth the money.

Disgusting staff attitude, wouldnt let my 3 yr old girl use the "public restroom" labeled bathroom in emergency.. instead the so called manager went and used the bathroom infront of us and locked it up , Said it's locked up because misuse , I requested bunch of times and approached the manager as well. But they wouldn't let us in, this was pure bias.. because I was wearing hijab , RACISM to its core .
