I don't know what happened to the staff or why they were all replaced but so far, I'm not impressed.Dropped off a FedEx package on Sunday with the understanding that it would go out Monday. (I've been dropping off packages here for about a year now.) NO movement on Monday. I call today (Tuesday) and somehow my package was the only one left behind. Also, TWO employees were unable to send me a confirmation text on Sunday saying the package was received (one of them being a manager). Get your sht together, Walgreens.

I wonder why review is 2.5 out of 5. Called to transfer my profile and my medication. I feel like the women answer my call doesn't want to work today. Pharmacy Walgreen please train your staff to be friendly and know customer service.

Make sure when you call the pharmacy that you get the employee's name and remember what time you calling. They will lie for convenience and even tell you your order is ready when in reality they have been out of stock the whole month. Zero accountability and even less respect for customers. You would have a better chance of getting your prescription filled by a Dallas crack head than anyone at this "pharmacy"

Pharmacy has incompetent and horrible staff! I received 3 medications; one of the bottles was short on pills , another one had too many, and the third bottle had a few wrong pills in there…. Luckily they fixed my problem but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

They have poor customer service!!! As soon as I went in nobody greeted me!! There were 2 ladies working on greeting cards one past right next to me even though I appeared a bit lost and never acknowledged me…guess you have to be rich looking to be greeted…lady at the register saw me twice in and on my way out and never said anything to me!!!!! At one point I thought maybe I’m invisible but they don’t give you know what

What is the point of advertising a drive through if they keep closing it for no reason. There was no line inside and the same number of staff behind the counter as earlier in the day when it was busy. makes no sense I use drive through to reduce my exposure to illness.

I love going here. The staff are always so kind. Been going for years. Today I found out my card was frozen due to the number being stolen, and couldn’t get my payment to process from my bank due to fraud issues. But they were very understanding and didn’t mind that I’d have to come back after fixing the issue with my bank.

Be prepared to wait (especially when you are going with kids) as there is a long queue for COVID vaccination. Better fill up the COVID questionnaire before checking in to avoid delay.

I went in today for my first dose of the Covid vaccine. I made the right choice going to this location. The staff was very professional, very friendly. I was a bit stressed, but they made everything easy. I highly recommend going to this Location for any vaccine. Setting up an appointment and completing the forms online speeds things up. It’s easy to do. I declined to submit my health insurance information online, I just gave them my card when I showed up for my appointment. Again, they made things easy.

I made an appointment to get my Moderna booster shot on their website, filled out all the paperwork and showed up early for my allotted time. I was informed "we don't take appointments it's first come first served." I told them they'd better let HQ know cause they're taking them. I left since there were a lot of people waiting. Wrote an angry email to HQ got a reply that said the manager would be calling me. He did and said I don't know why he told you that we take appointments, you come in turn in your paper work then wait in line to get your shot. I'm stunned. "That's not what an appointment means, I make an appointment for 11. I show up and I get my shot at 11." "Yeah, that's what we do you come turn in your paperwork and wait in line". "Argh!!!!! THATS NOT AN APPOINTMENT!" I couldn't get him to understand what it means to have an appointment. It's pretty simple to me but apparently being a manager at Walgreens doesn't require reasoning as a skill set.

I Love going to #Walgreens and I love the rewards and its always clean, and there is never no short service of products. Pharmacy was closed, but it was brightly lit up inside, and outside. We were door dashing, and easily convinced our patron to buy Walgreens Aspercreme instead of the more expensive one. They do not require masks or temperature checks though it was suggested on the intercom speakers of the store. The hours are listed and the employees are quite enjoyable. There was no crowds, and the parking lot was easily accessible and they have handicapped parking right in front of the store. I easily see myself going here especially if #Walmart , #Kroger's, and #HEB are closed already for late run for #Gillette Razors. It reminds me of a what a miniature #Walmart would consist of, and look like. Here's some pictures I took, if you have any suggestions I am always up for constructive criticism.?

I thought I'd give them another try after all this time and they still have problems. They were filling 2 prescriptions for me and sent me a text saying 1 was ready for pickup and 1 had an insurance issue. I called them and said I no longer have ins and said I'd pay myself and said I'd be there in about 45 minutes and they said they'd be there. I went and they said they only had 1 ready and I'd have to come back in 20 minutes for the other (hydrocodone 7.5/300 pain medicine.) Then when I got home I called to file a complaint with the head pharmacist and he said they were out of that one. So twice they either misled me, lied to me, or were just exceedingly incompetent. And what kind of pharmacy is out of such a commonly used pain killer such as hydrocodone 7.5/300 anyways?

Tonight I went to Shady Grove Walgreens instead of closer Shady Grove CVS due to extended hours. Needed a passport photo. The two gentlemen working the photo area told me their camera was broken and sent me to the Belt Line and Pioneer Walgreens. They told me at the other Walgreens that their camera was broken also and has been for two weeks. I said that the Shady Grove Walgreens directed me there and she said “they know” that her camera has been broken for two weeks. At no point was I rude or disrespectful, and I don’t know if their cameras were really broken or not, but it was a bad experience. Came away empty handed.
