Broke my glasses Saturday afternoon and when I got there at 5:40pm the female worker had closed the gate half way and didn’t even acknowledge me even though I was standing literally right in front of her. Said hello and she said rudely what do you need, I explained I broke my glasses and wanted to see if it was possible for them to fix them. She didn’t even let me inside just looked at them and said they’re broken we can’t do anything. I said alright well can I at least look at some of the frames and she said no that they were closed.

The doctors and staff really listened to my wants and needs. So basically they put up with me and my indecisiveness with smiles and politeness. The contacts and glasses are perfect and got here very quickly. Quick efficient appointment and very low priced. I like their glasses but the only gripe I have is their inventory is small to pick from. Overall I'm always extremely satisfied and I have and still do recommend them every time!!!

Perfect place I got help with a full spirit and so helpful associate her name is Paula and she help me since I walk to in and help me choose the perfect eyeglasses. Highly recommend

Rachel and the other lady that was there, greeted us, had patience with us while looking for our glasses. Rachel was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained the price breakdown to us without being pushy.
Glad we came here.

Cannot get it right. Took a while to Realize after thousands $$$$$$ and not satisfied they never made my vision very good. Looking somewhere else.

I visited Dr. Tim Nguyen for an eye test, hoping for accurate analysis and reliable service. Dr. Nguyen prescribed me with a 0.75 number for my glasses, which turned out to be incorrect. As a result, I had to endure constant headaches after wearing the glasses prescribed by him.
The inconvenience didn't end there. I had to make multiple trips to the Visionworks store, located far from my place, to have my glasses made. Waiting for a week to receive the glasses only added to the frustration. Eventually, I had to return to Dr. Nguyen, requesting a lower prescription.
Overall, I'm disappointed with the inaccurate analysis and the subsequent hassle of getting my glasses corrected. I expected better from Dr. Nguyen.

I arrived today March the 5th At 11 AM I arrived and there was one associate Rachel a gentleman. He was asking questions and yes i was waiting for a little bit. Rachel was giving the gentlemen Awesome customer service and I thought that was very kind. She did not rush him just because I was waiting. When It was my turn. Rachel gave me the same customer service as she gave the other gentleman as she was taking care of my situation typing in the computer. I'm just chitchatting with her about things that were going on in my world. There was a gentleman in there, very impatient. He walks past Rachel leaves and says thank you. Turns around comes back and said i'm gonna take a picture of the time that I checked in and i'm gonna put this on my reviewHe walks past Rachel leaves and says thank you. Turns around comes back and said I'm gonna take a picture of the time that I checked in and I'm gonna put this on He made another smart elite comment and walked out. Nevertheless, Rachel would have given him the same amount of time. Courtesy professionalism as she gave me and the other gentleman if he just could have waited .He made another smart comment and walked out. I can only speak for my experience on this day. I have to give Visionworks a five star rating just a little bit of that day…I came in without an appointment was asked if I didn’t mind waiting a little I would possibly be able to get in if someone was late or didn’t show up, I started filling out the papers and sure enough I was able to get in and take the exam the assistant of the doctor did a couple of preliminary test and boom I was in the chair and it wasn’t long before Dr. Nguyen came in greeted me and extended his hand to shake and we got right to it and I must say this guy knew his stuff step-by-step you know when someone’s not sure about what you’re doing and there was none of that he made me feel real comfortable letting him do his work and with all of that he was very patient not skipping over letters quickly and not letting me be sure ,because you know one wrong decision when taking that vision test and your glasses aren’t going to be right ,but if I wasn’t sure he clicked back and forth as many times as I needed to and that’s something that doesn’t always happen, you’re made to feel rushed like hurry up get in get out but that didn’t happen and I left out of that room feeling comfortable that when I get my glasses that I was going to be seeing like a new man performing at my best potential because I would be seeing at my best potential through those lenses. Then I get over there in the eyewear side ?️ with Miss Paula bless her soul , sweetest lady and I got the same treatment from her, making sure that my glasses sitting on my face the way I was gonna wear them because the way that that I placed them was the way she was going to send them she said so be sure, and she gave me enough time. I wish I knew all of their names because all of them carry something special about them. I don’t know if they’ll be there next year but I’m sure going to go back and see as a matter of fact I’ll stop in when I’m in the mall Irving mall that is just to see if they’re in there to say hi!!! Thank you guys for a great experience. And oh yeah, nobody’s paying me anything to say these things this is true if it wasn’t believe me, I would say they might not print it but I’d say it whatever the truth is and again, I’ll say this was my experience at the visionworks in the Irving Mall, on Belt Line in Irving Texas!!!????
