Been Living in this apartments for 5 years now , management are excellent the manager is above and beyond with keeping the residents happy , maintenance are really friendly and when requesting help them they are quick to fix things and is rare to see that in apartments when requesting maintenance have never had any bad experience with them. This apartments are no trouble at all is a really quiet place I can say it feels safe to be here . Inside apartments really good space no trouble with any bugs or cockroaches of course if you are a clean person you won’t really see them at all lol but I can say this are a really good apartments . ☺️

since transferring from Miami, my experience with village Square has been wonderful. They have great personality in the office with great customer service and maintenance, which gets my work orders completed promptly, and they get my emergency work orders done immediately! Very excellent, good treatment, maintenance is good. I have been living in these apartments for 5 years and I have never had a problem with anyone. The manager is very friendly, so I recommend them.

Good place to live, quiet, its surroundings are clean, excellent staff, they help you with your process to enter quickly and if you need something in your apartment they are very diligent.

The place is alright for the price. However, I did have a roach infestation towards the end of my lease and if you look at the ceilings they obviously have foundation issues because that apartment has several cracks in the ceiling and when I called to her it fixed they just patched it back up and painted over it again and said someone would come “fix” the foundation issues later on. They also towed my car even though I was a resident there simply because I parked in reverse instead of head in. They also never had laundry facilities even though they said they would be open soon and the whole year I was there it never opened because they never finished. The only good things were that they came to fix any maintenance issues pretty quick whenever you put in a work order and they always answered the phone when you would call the office for any questions. However if you pay the deposit just know you’ll either be getting a very little amount back or nothing at all. I paid $500 for a one bedroom apartment and only received $137 back because they charged me a fee for cleaning and for carpet cleaning that was never mentioned when I went to go turn my keys in. In other words yeah it’s cheap so you get you pay for.

Looks like they took my two original reviews down. This place had bed bugs in it when I left there back around 2019 - 2021. Lived there for two years. The parking is atrocious and my car was even towed out of there even though I had a sticker. The office staff were rude as hell, condescending, and the manager at the time actually hung up on me once when I kept complaining about the bedbugs, which they did very little about. I had to buy $200 worth of bug spray to clear out the apt. And idk if I was entirely successful as the bugs affected more than just my apt. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth it.

Worst apartment ever! They do not have visitor parking, maintenance, packages get stolen, lots of other stuff you probably don’t want to deal with!!

Been visiting a friend that lives here for the past 5 years. Yes the visitors parking situation was horrible at one point and my car even got towed once, despite having a visitors pass. I did complain to the management and got my car back for free. They now have an online registration system and it seems to be working fine. The actual buildings are older and there was a bad roach problem in the past. They seem to be trying to keep up with the pest control recently. They're still a little lax about maintenance but I've seen more work being done recently than in the past. The rent is cheap but you get what you pay for.

Dont take this apartment - they will tow your vehicle even after you register for parking - the staffs are not supportive and not reachable when you need.Get away from this scam people.

Just went for a appointment today for a 3 bedroom apt at 3pm today and no one was available to receive us, the office was closed no one opened the door for me. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time ?
