I’ve been at this townhome for 3 months now and it must keeps getting worse and worseAfter I signed my lease I noticed the photos that were shown to me were not the same unit I was moving into. My fridge doesn’t even fit in the kitchen it’s in my dining room ! Also was given the wrong mail key and had to wait 3 weeks to even open my mail box!i also noticed my AC was not working properly and had to wait almost a week to get it “fixed” it still has not been fixed properly somedays it’s 85 degrees other days it’s almost 90I still have paint on my floors from maintenance never cleaned it up as promised, my ceiling fan is so loose it’s about to come downThe biggest problem of them all is the cockroaches HUGE bugs randomly come out of the floors or in my kitchen . I expressed my concerns with the office and they don’t do “ pest” control so I had to buy exterminating chemicals that did not work. Their was an infestation before I moved here and was not made aware. I wanted to love this place for me and my son but it’s difficult

Tomorrow makes 1 week without hot water. The office is not located on the property so I have called them many times and no response. Not a single update has been given for when the hot water will be fixed. There is no sign of any maintenance being done to fix the issue. This is a small 11 unit property. This should have been fixed right away. Please avoid these townhomes.

Laurel is trying to keep my deposit when we haven't signed the lease because she didn't want to do it right away she told me a date ... that's until November 12 is her fault we didn't sign! People still at the town home the residents don't leave until November 8 and she don't want to give me the money back! With poor excuses...
