Excellent service provided by Zach. We came in needing to add accounts, switch from AT&T to Verizon etc etc and Zach took care of everything and made it such a seamless transaction. Highly recommend

I’ve had a very poor experience with Verizon. During their Black Friday trade-in deal, I spoke with multiple agents and was told that if I traded in my old iphone, I could get a significant discount on a new iPhone 15. However, after giving them my old phone, I am now being charged twice the price for the new iPhone that they quoted me. I spent the entire afternoon on the phone with customer service who literally took 2.5 hours to tell me that they refuse to do anything. They won’t refund my purchase or honor the price I was quoted. They changed the terms and now they’re forcing me to comply and telling me that I literally have no other option. What an awful business mentality! Do not agree to do anything with Verizon unless you have the specific conditions down in writing!

The quality of service at this location has worsened over the past 2-3 years. My mother went here today for assistance with her phone and the guy who “helped” her was apparently very rude and apathetic, so I told her not to waste her time here and to go to the Verizon store in Carrollton. I wouldn’t even have come here in the first place, personally

I was taken care of right away upon walking in. I don’t have Verizon but this stores attention to customers is seriously the best I seen. I may consider switching even if I only got some AirPods from this location.

I had a very positive experience at this store working with Nate on a set of upgrades to my phones and plans, when an online deal using Verizon's chat feature kept crashing at the payment screen I got frustrated and came to the store. I'm so glad I did. Nate helped me fulfill the deal I was looking for online and even saved me more than online using a promotion the online sales associate missed. Our new phones arrived on time and were exactly what we ordered. I then worked with Michael to trade in our old phones and again had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this store, they exceeded my expectations and got me out of a stressful situation trying to do the upgrades online.

Went in to replace a SIM card. Took 2 hours for a process that should only take 10 minutes. The salesman was trying to be helpful but the manger was on a power trip and extremely unhelpful. I have been with Verizon for 20 years. I hope a customer service representative reaches out about my experience, it was unacceptable.

Amazing experience as always. These guys have always helped me fix any issues I’ve had with Verizon (account access problems, promotions not showing up, text messages not working). If it wasn’t for this shop, I’d probably leave Verizon.

SCAM! We were required to keep our line for at least a year to change my phone. Ok, done. Requested a phone change, gave my other phone in return. These we're the only conditions presented to us: 1 - have the line for a year, 2 - give your old phone. Fair, right? I wish! A few months later, a cheaper phone plan was offered to us by a competitor, and we took it - because we were paying ridiculous monthly premiums with Verizon. Then, a month later, Verizon charges us $735 OUT OF NOWHERE!!!! No emails, no letter, no notifications, no warnings!!! And when we call to ask questions/complain, they say "it is what it is". Because apparently we were supposed to stay with the line for ANOTHER THREE YEARS after getting the new phone. Condition that was NEVER even mentioned to us. So they're basically making us pay 2 phones (the old one + this ridiculous charge) for 1 phone change because we cancelled our plan. Nothing but a huge scam! Be careful with this company and never change your phones with them or they'll request your kidney in return with no warning.
