Raul is a saint, real nice person. Pawn shop business is tough and Everyone in the store is nice, they greet you all the time.

This place is terrible and extremely rude! I lost my drivers license when I pawned something and when I went back to get it out , they basically told me without my id I couldn’t get my items back!!!!! Terrible policy in place there cause believe it or not, people lose their wallet!

Took “Raul” literally a hour to price out my jewelry being I had a lot. Offered me 130$ (which included a gold bracelet) for items worth well over 400$ or more if I sold them myself. Got a attitude with me because I said I would pass. Please save your time & go elsewhere. So unprofessional & made me feel super uncomfortable
