I have used this post office since 2021 and always received good services. The staff members are helpful. I have encountered Brittany, Dianne, and Armando, and they are always nice and helpful.

And they mentioned my address is vacant .

Mail theft at this location. I mailed a credit card at this irving usps blue box at 5am, just couple hours later, it was stolen and used at a couple locations. Only a usps employee has access to those blue mailboxes so it's obvious who stole it. It's impossible to get hold of the Postmaster general at this location, and even if you do, they cared less. Thieves.

This is the WORST public service place I've ever seen.
They lost my wife's immigration documents last year.
A couple of weeks ago, they lost my paycheck so had to maximize my credit card. I had to pay the issuer $30 stop pay on the check they've sent me to issue me a new one.
NOW it is my wife's driver's license. I talked to the station manager and he told me just to wait, if they couldn't find it then I have to request public safety to issue us a replacement DL as easy as that.
The good thing is that you'll never miss a piece of junk mail but regarding official mail, good luck with that.

Avoid this location at all costs. The staff here are extremely rude and unhelpful. Their negative attitude can leave you feeling upset long after you leave. They are not welcoming to the public. I had to give one star because I can't give zero stars.

They have one friendly person. The one lady by herself adjacent to the others is so lazy, she refuses to help me, everytime she tries to say Ihave to buy more stuff. I have been mailing people all over the country for years, and she is the only person who won't mail my stuff. What a waste of space she is!!

The Asian woman is very rude. She doesn't want to work, they should give the job to someone else who wants to work. They close at 4 and we arrived at 3:00 pm and they no longer wanted to serve us. and she answered us with a very bad and rude attitude

I've been using this post office location for a couple decades and all my experiences have been positive even when things were lost or missing many years ago before our mailbox was set up and we had to pick up our mail here. Don't go often unless I need to send certified mail or buy stamps. Recommend going during the day before it gets busy in the afternoon.
