“They are definitely experts in Saabs, and only work on Saabs. I've taken 3 Saabs to them over the years. They provide free estimates which is great. Always available as well, Charlotte always answers the phones and responds to email. On more than a few occasions, I've been shamed by the older mechanics or belittled because of my questions, but I take it with a grain of salt since they have been working on cars for like a hundred years. When I suggest that I will attempt to change basic parts, like the telescoping drink holder, he scoffed and implied I would break it. Well guess what, I did install it, and I didn't break it! But I did break the air vent, haha. Caesar is the youngest guy in the shop and he is very personable and has great people skills.”
