Their names should be Crooks Discount Tires. First they said they would balance my tires and when i came back he wanted to charge me more and denied service.
So i went to Just Tires located at 141 N Story Rd, Irving, TX 75061 and thank god for that. They were much more professional, polite and cheaper than Crooks Discount Tires

I'm disappointed that I got this tire a few minutes ago. I took my own tires to have them mounted and balanced for $100 for all 4 mounted and balanced. For this reason, my wheels are made of iron, it's an original wheel. When I'm balancing them, I see that They are only balancing them on one side, and I ask the assistant why they are only balancing it on one side, if the correct thing is on the inside and on the outside (putting the pesetas), the response “ooooooh, that's just how the machine is, then change the version.” ,oooooooh They look ugly afterwards, for that reason I tell him “it's okay what happens is that I also have tires and balancing them on one side is not the right thing to do so they are not well balanced.”, and finally the third he says.,ooooooh that's how we balance them here ??♂️, I just paid him what they charged me $100 and I went to leave, be careful….he only clarified that if you are not haggling over the price they are charging you at least you expect them to do a good job I think

This place is honestly fantastic. Many was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining exactly what was wrong with my tire and what I needed to do to fix it. Very grateful to have found this place. Great service & great pricing too. They do negotiate.

Would highly NOT RECOMMEND. They sell you use tires that will cause you to come right back for another . Service is a Rip OFF !!!! Will try to charge you extra . The lady in the office was trying to charge me extra just for a tire plug !!! These Mexicans come over to America for a better life only to rip us off. Go back ! Do Not WASTE YOUR MONEY , PLEASE TAKE IT ELSEWHERE!!!!!
