I sale on third party websites and every time I go into a UPS store the workers there make the shipping process so easy. I love the cleanliness of all UPS stores and know that I can count on UPS to ensure all packages get to my customers in a timely manner.

The worse UPS experience ever! They are thieves! Additionally, very little concern for losing a $500 return package to Amazon. They scanned in the return code, took my email and phone number and Amazon never received it. They say they do not have a way to track the package without a tracking number and Amazon says the same. Furthermore, UPS used sexual names and insults to address me in the store as I made the return. Then when calling them about the return, the clerk could care less. Amazon also could care less and was demeaning talking to me about it. I wish I had never bought the computer through Amazon and will not plan to go to this UPS store again!

Bobby and Sanjeeda were just so amazing. They went above and beyond in making sure I had the checklist needed for my passport appointment and also got all the documents notarized. Best UPS ever. Really amazing.

This is one of the best UPS stores I’ve ever been to. It is efficient and provides valuable expertise in packing and shipping. We were moving and couldn’t fit everything into our trailer, and the staff here immediately helped us ship the rest in several large 30-100 lb boxes. They helped us pack and figure out the most cost effective way to ship, after a long day of moving ourselves having their help was a breath of fresh air!
