You can easily damage trailer tires here or get a flat tire. The place has a lot of broken pallets with nails up ready for your tires when you back up.

It's tight, typical Texas/Florida vibe. Tight cramped parking in hot weather, no place for drivers to take a break or park even if delivering late at night.
