I have been calling for months to cancel my health insurance, because I am now on Medicare.No return calls! I just keep getting told they are working on it. Well I am not paying it! This is a terrible benefit management company. Atrium Navicent Medical Center can do better.

Horrible company. Tell you they will do something and when they don't and you call them on it, they get rude and nasty. Keeping my fingers crossed I can get them to issue the refund I need and I will move on and avoid them like the plague.
